Face Aesthetics

Booked in for my husband PRP. Arrived no answer on the door, rang and texted no reply. Sat outside for half an hour waiting for nothing. She didn’t even bother emailing ringing or messaging. Waste of time. Do not bother! Terrible customer service.

Edit and update 5 days later: I have now stopped being replied to. This woman is a disgusting and needs reporting, which I have started the process of. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. When you book you have to put down a deposit which is supposed to be taken off your treatment. I realised shortly after that my deposit wasn’t taken off my treatment price, so I emailed and haven’t had a response for 4 months. I have now chased again and been told it will be taken off my next treatment, which I was never planning on going back for anyway following very lumpy filler. When I asked nicely for just my deposit back, I was told there is no refunds. ITS NOT A REFUND, it’s my money that wasn’t taken off my bill when it should’ve been.... (Show more)

Awful experience. Spoke to a member of staff prior to a last minute booking about lip enhancement. Stating I only wanted 0.5ml but I can't book this online, they said book in and they can change it in the clinic. I got to the clinic, discussed what I wanted and decided on a type of filler. I had stupidly assumed there had been correspondence between who I spoke to prior to the appointment. There was no discussion of the amount of filler being used during my appointment which also made me think there has been correspondence. It was administered, I was shocked at how large they were for only 0.5ml. I stated this. the practitioner had used 1ml without my consent. I ended up paying double what I had expected which I should not have done but I was on shock, I left feeling really upset and tricked. My lips are huge and I also have a lump on one side and now with how the clinic have treated me, I feel like I can't receive the aftercare that is needed. I have asked for their formal complaints procedure and have not been sent it. I have been hung up on when I've phoned. I have been ignored on social media. This is hands down the worst experience I've had from an aesthetic clinic.... (Show more)

Very disappointed, was my first time having lip injections booked in for a harder filler and was given a softer one as I was told I'd notice it more, then second time had a harder one but same again after the swelling went down no results at all. I've asked my friends and family and they said they can't notice a difference at all. My lips are still the same size and as they are naturally small I knew I could do with harder or more filler than people with already plump lips. I honestly wished I booked in with my dentist aylestone house but I didn't realize they offer the service until after I made a deposit here. Despite reading only one other negative review I had a funny feeling this wouldn't be the place for me and wish I trusted it. Also Tina dosent like any kind of criticism of her work, I mentioned my top lip was uneven and her whole demaour changed and she came across as snotty which is just unprofessional.( I was very polite so there was absolutely no need for this) I agree with the other review that said she's only happy when she's taking your money. I hope aylestone house do a better job as I might as well as thrown my money in the bin coming here. My lips are still small and no difference at all. Also the pictures on the site and socials are of lips that have just been done and not the true results. Also on my follow up review the first one I was turned away instead of having them refilled that day as she was running over on time, my next appointment I was already outside and she text me to come back a hour later as she was running over. I don't think it's professional that if you are even a few minutes early you aren't aloud in the waiting room you are told to go away and come back exactly on time you are only aloud in to wait if Tina is running late. Tina is an unprofessional rude disgusting woman.....she will be nice when she takes your hard earn money....then when things go wrong....she will not reply to you, and denied everything...she has botched my face.....please avoid her at all cost.....she an evil person....waiting for an solicitor advice if they willing to help me get compensation for the distress mentally and physically also been getting severe headache after the treatment... I can’t recommend Tina enough. She’s so professional and lovely, and throughly explains the process before, during, and after. I had a thorough consultation process and a follow up appointment after, to check the results. I’m not the best with needles and Tina kept me relaxed throughout. I’m over the moon with my results!
