Very friendly and uncomplicated. A lot of understanding for fears.
I've been here before, then haven't been here for a while and tried out (cheaper) alternatives. But now I'm back and excited. The service and expertise are simply top. Everything is explained very well and the best solution is sought. The measurements with what appear to be the latest generation of devices are absolutely great and you feel like you have been examined very well. Very friendly and without long waiting times. very competent service
I am a loyal Eyness customer. They do their job well and have better measuring devices than the Inselspital. I am incredibly grateful that I found Eyness.
I had mixed experiences. The employees are all very nice and the atmosphere is good. The first attempt at adjustment didn't go well and was very demoralizing to be honest. The second adjustment was better but unfortunately we could only find a mediocre solution. If I had been with a more experienced optometrist from the start, I could have tempered my expectations sooner and saved a lot of time and money. In this case I probably would have given it something like 4-4.5 stars. Overall I give the experience 2.5 stars.... (Show more)

Perfect service. (Second floor of the building) I visited for my eye test for a driver's license exchange. Even though I didn't make an appointment for the test, they kindly gave an eye test to me! They have a good waiting room as well with a coffee machine and teas. I highly recommend you to visit them. Don't forget to make an appointment for the better service. :) They also speak English very well.... (Show more)

Mr. Wyss is the person I trust when it comes to my difficult eye situation; I can rely on him one hundred percent. But the ladies at reception are also extremely courteous and reliable. Very friendly and accommodating, the lenses are matched and sent, tested and checked and adjusted again. The services are in the upper price range, but it's worth it because the service is definitely good.
For years I have been making a special pilgrimage from Basel to Bern to have my eyes looked after by the Bärtschi team: they have unusual and excellent expertise in all aspects of contact lenses. I have TRI-focal (hard) lenses and I'm HIGHLY HAPPY. Marc Fankhauser worked tirelessly until the correction and fit were perfect. The reception team is well organized, works efficiently and keeps an overview. Linseed oil capsules ordered on Wednesday afternoon were already in my mail on Thursday. 🙂 Hats off!... (Show more)

It's clear: not seeing clearly is tiring. The process of finding the right visual aid is not that easy either. With Eyeness you forget all about it. The atmosphere, the competence and the very pleasant friendliness are what make Eyeness the best shop in Bern.

Very professional, welcoming, polite and nice. I got contact lenses with them and I must say that the treatment was worth every penny. Any other time. Yasna was so lovely and patient with me (I used to be terrible at popping lenses in). Highly recommend them.
