Incredible, they take it into their own hands even from the registry, and as for Dr. Litev, he has everything - humanity, kindness and a great professional. I wish the whole team to be always kind and good! Respect Dr. Litev!

Admirations for Dr. Marinova! An exceptional professional who treats his patients with great care! The staff in the opticians are also very attentive and kind to customers. We are also satisfied with the reception staff.

Extremely rude and arrogant attitude from the so-called doctor Evelina Yaneva and a wrong examination of a 16-year-old child. A madhouse in the corridors and at the reception. Better go somewhere else.

The young lady at the register should improve her attitude towards patients!!! I am satisfied with the examination by Dr. Marinova, she predisposes the patient and explains in detail.

If this is one of the best clinics in Bulgaria, I don't want to imagine what it's like at others. In the clinic in the city of Varna, there is room for unprofessional treatment of CLIENTS, extreme nationalism, racial discrimination, as well as tolerance of all these things by the administration. After we were not satisfied with the results at this clinic, we consulted other doctors. One of them in Bulgaria and the other in Turkey. After providing all the information from our side, with glaring differences in the measurements by one unit and after asking for a possible reason, we were insulted and sent to the Republic of Turkey by GALINA AVRAMOVA, sister of Dr. Philip Nolev. The reason is "we filed a complaint in Turkey". I think the reason is clear to everyone. My wife and I were insulted many times. She was a brat and I was a brat, boy. We were shown the door with the words "get out of the room". We were challenged with the question "Are you going to hit me?". Unfortunately, there is no camera in Dr. Nolev's office to broadcast all of this. Although this behavior of AVRAMOVA (it's hard for me to call her a lady or a person) bordered even on violence (I'm not talking about physical), inhumane behavior by a medical worker and beyond all norms and ethics, we didn't get even one apology. In her words, "The docent said don't mess with them, let them do what they want." This was the message from Mr. Mitov to Doctor Nolev. The director, Mrs. Mitova (wife of the owner Mr. Mitov) was extremely pleasant and kind, although she did not fully protect us as patients of the clinic, but a person who undermines the authority of both Dr. Nolev, Mr. Mitov, and of the entire clinic - GALINA AVRAMOVA. Even Mrs. Mitova failed to invite her to our place to apologize. Not to mention that we were in the staff room, ie the kitchen, not some office. AVRAMOVA did not feel guilty. Mrs. Mitova was not surprised by this fact, saying "It was not a surprise to me. As far as I know her, she will not come to apologize". That was all they could do. We were asked to forget about the case and accept the apologies of Dr. Nolev, Mrs. Mitova and the clinic. They would talk to her. We felt like we were in a kindergarten, not like a private eye clinic. While GALINA AVRAMOVA is at work in this clinic there is no room for other CLIENTS, except for CLIENTS with Bulgarian names. It's hard for me to call myself a patient after all this. AVRAMOVA is the last student to receive a diploma in medicine/medical specialty. Ugly (spiritually), unethical, unprofessional, incompetent, rude representative of our wonderful health care and a face of this clinic. The management will now decide whether they really want to have such a representative in the clinic and whether they will continue to tolerate such behavior.... (Show more)

Except for one skinny receptionist (next time I'll read her baja's name) who is "tight" and rude, everything is at an excellent level!

The doctor was very thorough during the examination and I felt like I was in good hands. A smile from the reception staff couldn't hurt.

It's been a long time since I've been "trying" to make an appointment. Everything I read here explains the strange experience I had. Never with them!

The attitude of the front desk and the entire clinic is terrible to say the least. With a reserved time, you can easily come after 2 hours and you may still wait, you never know.

They record hours that they don't keep!!!!!

The Best Clinic for me, I have laser correction since 2008 and I am satisfied with them, even if you just call them and they give good advice.

Extremely dissatisfied!! I am a doctor from Burgas-JP. Brutal commerce, money is placed above everything, the patient is seen as a credit card, from which the full credit limit must be withdrawn!! My advice is - Do not be treated by such colleagues !
