Wonderful doctors! Pimenova Tatyana Igorevna works miracles.
Everything about the eye clinic is absolutely wonderful! Alexander Alexandrovich Goretsky operated on me. The operation went very well. The doctor broke a secondary cataract after replacing the lenses, after the operation he told me not to drink carbonated water for two days, not to wash with hot water or go to the bathhouse, and scheduled a free appointment to measure intraocular pressure. From now on I will visit the clinic, because where I was treated, they could not give me a correct diagnosis for six months. And at the Moscow Eye Clinic they did everything for me in one day!... The employee who answers the phone is illiterate and rude. I wanted to make an appointment, but in the end I am writing a negative review and will use the services of another clinic. PS for management call 11/26/23 at 9:10
Mironova I.S. went to the clinic to remove a chalazion of the upper eyelid. claimed that a sick leave certificate would be issued, but after the operation it turned out that this clinic did not issue a sick leave certificate for this type of disease. Thank you for misleading!
The best clinic, we decided to save money and went to the clinic in Cheboksary. We picked up the glasses. The child began to have headaches. It turned out that they were chosen incorrectly in Cheboksary. In this clinic, all factors are taken into account, there is good equipment and professionals work, and they don’t skimp on money for it.... (Show more)
Thanks to all the staff. Especially Alexey Vasilievich
Very good clinic. I had laser vision correction here using the femto lasik method with Yulia Valerievna Yakovleva. I liked everything very much. Everything was explained perfectly, there was no fear. Now I can see 100% and it's incredibly cool. Thanks a lot!
Unfortunately, we have had a negative experience with this clinic. The call center specialist assured us that the clinic can perform laser vision correction surgery for a child under 18 years of age. However, upon arrival at the clinic, we were told that such an operation was impossible, and they began to “sell” us examination services (although why carry out an examination if they don’t do the operation anyway). In general, be careful with the call center.... (Show more)
Extremely negative experience of the last room! Doctor Mironova Irina Sergeevna did not see my most serious diagnosis - embolism of the CAS branch! They could help within 24 hours, but... Now the left eye sees half clearly. What will happen next is unknown. Moreover, I called the clinic the day before with a request to call me back - they completely ignored me. But this doctor has more than enough pathos.... (Show more)
The administrators at this clinic don’t know anything about the service, instead of creating maximum comfort for visitors, it feels like they are doing the opposite, creating all the conditions for you to “never set foot here.” The doctors are professionals and tried to give a complete and detailed consultation.... I don't understand how this clinic has such a high rating. This is a place for pumping money!! We had an appointment with Dr. Shpilko. After the examination, the doctor said that the lenses in both eyes need to be changed, urgently, and the operation costs 250,000 rubles. We turned to the Research Institute of Eye Diseases, where the doctors (several doctors!) clearly said that no lenses need to be changed and only one eye needs to be treated!!!! And there is no urgent need for surgery, everything is not as critical and scary as they told us at the Moscow clinic. How can you deceive people like that? They take that kind of money and can’t even do the repairs, the clinic is shabby and old! In general, don’t set foot there anymore.... (Show more)
I won't go here again. I made an appointment with Slonimsky, the appointment costs 6,000 rubles! Just think about this amount, this is how much a doctor receives in 15 minutes. consultations. I waited more than a month to get an appointment. There was no free time during the day, so they ended up scheduling me at 8:20 p.m. I arrived at the appointed time and waited another 40 minutes, and I did not come for a free appointment. According to my diagnosis of keratoconus, the doctor did not even tell me that in one eye the disease passes from stage 2 to stage 3, when stage 4 is already blindness. He didn’t prescribe me any medicine, didn’t prescribe drops, nothing, but sent me to another paid appointment with another doctor, Kishkin. Those. I waited more than a month just to go to another specialist and for all this I paid 6,000 rubles. The only thing they advised me to do was to make scleral lenses and wear them, although at the appointment I said that I had previously had such lenses, unfortunately, they did not help at all... Good afternoon Good clinic with good specialists! Thank you very much to Irina Sergeevna Mironova. They spoke very politely at the reception and on the phone, thank you for your professionalism! I advise everyone who has problems with their eyes to contact this clinic.
I'm not a simple bot who gives 5 stars. And the client who came in with kerataconus and was cured there
They don't even pick up the phone! Accordingly, the score is 1.
The operation was performed by Yulia Valerievna Yakovleva. Very satisfied!
I had femtolasik done in 2016. Every year I come for inspection. All the staff are very polite, everything is sterile. Thank you for my new eyes, from -10 to 0 is simply incredible!! For 3 years, my vision has not deteriorated, which is encouraging. Thanks again!!
Good evening, we had the child undergo sounding, doctor Lysikov Nikolai Nikolaevich (I think I remembered the last name correctly) was pleasant, he explained everything competently, showed everything to the point, there was nothing superfluous, the girls at the reception were friendly, a warm, cozy atmosphere. And at the price, they were pleasantly surprised, because in others 2 times more expensive. I will recommend it to family and friends.... (Show more)
