Evolve Plastic Surgery

I recently had a lower body lift performed by Dr. Frenzel and the team at Bodevolve after losing a significant amount of weight and I am still in shock at the incredible transformation he achieved. My experience with Bodevolve has been nothing short of amazing, and I can confidently say that this company truly goes above and beyond regarding customer care. Every employee I encountered during my journey with them was exceptionally customer-centric, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Frenzel, in particular, deserves a special mention. Not only is he a gifted surgeon, but he possesses an incredible bedside manner you don't typically expect from a surgeon. His empathy and kindness truly set him apart. Chrissy, another standout team member, went above and beyond by providing me with her personal cell phone number so I could reach out with any concerns. Her understanding of patients' health concerns and her commitment to ensuring I had all the necessary information is truly remarkable. Mike and Rob are both deserving of callouts. They are both personable, and so their supportive nature made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. Trevor and Kae consistently demonstrated their responsiveness and willingness to assist on the operations side. They were always there when I needed help or had questions. I am thrilled with the results of my lower body lift and am excited to have my arms and thighs done next! It's worth saying again that the entire team at Bodevolve impressed me with their dedication and professionalism, but I don't know everyones name (which makes me sad that I can't call out more), but I'm serious, everyone is amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend Bodevolve to anyone looking for a positive and transformative experience, especially in a situation where you are so vulnerable, trying to get help with body issues. Good customer service and was willing to help answer all the questions I had. Seemed to be excited about me being successful in the task I’m trying to accomplish.

Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent extra time discussing options and explaning the entire process. He truly understands customer service. It has been a long time since I have had such a positive experience.

I haven’t had an appointment yet, but I will say Trevor was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. My mind was at ease while going through the process with him.

Dr Frenzel has great bed side manner, friendly and answered all my questions. His staff is friendly & helpful also answering any questions and concerns that I had. I have been seeing his practice for over a year and a half now & am excited to continue my journey with his team!
