Przesmyckiego First visit - the doctor admitted me in a hurry, leaving me with an open tooth because, as she quotes, "we only have 15 minutes" - what else could I understand, I came with a toothache, it turned out that root canal treatment was necessary, and since it was the first visit, I did not was planned for a long time. Unfortunately, this policy does not work every time. Each time I was admitted with a 10 or 20 minute delay. Then the next visits, 2, 3, 4 and 5!!! It took the Doctor 5 visits to treat one canal! Additionally, during the 4th visit, which could have been the last, I was once again told that we had little time to finish everything during this visit! The doctor knew who would show up and with what case. However, I had to come back a FIFTH TIME to finish the tooth. Not to mention the Doctor's 'assistant/helper' who mixed up the tools, giggled during the visit, and acted as if she was there for the first time. Completely untrained. Terrible approach to the patient, extension of visits, high, uncompetitive prices! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.... (Show more)

I made 3 visits during the year to this dental clinic. The mood after the treatment was so-so, the care was clearly visible, etc. The problem is that at each visit I encountered a snorting and coughing doctor's assistant. It's very unpleasant when your grandmother coughs over you, and as a result, after the visit, I ended up on sick leave within a few days.... (Show more)

I recommend Dr. R. Skupiński! With it, tooth extraction and implant placement are a piece of cake. His knowledge, competence, approach to the patient and empathy during the procedure exceeded my expectations. The entire visit and the procedure were performed in a fantastic atmosphere, without stress, without pain, but with a huge dose of laughter and joy from the procedure. Many years ago, I came to Evadent2 with great pain. I got immediate help from an empathetic, great doctor who hasn't worked there for a long time. We used Evadent's services with our entire family. A very nice dentist, after whom we now treat our daughters' teeth, after spending money for the second time, she no longer works there, as another dentist informed me. It was my visit to this lady that made me come to this opinion. The visit on February 18, 2023 meant that none of our family would return to Evadent. I suffered twice as much pain as I had come in for another two weeks. I have never had a dentist have to administer anesthesia three times and it barely worked. I will be healing from the trauma of this visit for a long time. Starting root canal treatment of 8 teeth, which needs to be removed anyway (cost PLN 650) and not asking the patient for his opinion is at least inappropriate, previous dentists first discussed the problems and together we decided what to do next. Sudden toothache, Saturday, 16-year-old boy. The service was performed well, but I have reservations about the price. On the first visit it was PLN 350, the doctor said there would be one more visit and it would be PLN 1,200. We came for the second meeting, unfortunately there was a long delay and it was not our fault, so the doctor didn't have time to finish the tooth, so he said he would have to come back again just to glue it. Of course, I paid PLN 1,200 as agreed, but unfortunately during the next visit, which lasted 12 minutes, I had to pay PLN 270. I think that paying for another visit because the doctor missed the previous one is a bit of an exaggeration. So the root canal treatment cost me PLN 1,820. Terribly expensive, I just hope the tooth survives.... (Show more)

My first experience with evadent2 took place over 10 years ago and was positive, Dr. Żmuda performed root canal treatment and placed a crown professionally and without any complications. 3 years later he went to evadent2 again with a similar condition - the tooth needed root canal treatment and a crown. I went to another dentist, whose name unfortunately I don't remember. I had no reservations about the doctor herself, she healed the tooth and the next stage was to make an impression for the crown. On the day of the visit, I informed about a 5-minute delay due to traffic jam. The receptionist said that I had no reason to come because the doctor had more patients and would not postpone the visits. I asked about the possibility of making another appointment, and I mentioned earlier that I do not live permanently in Poland and I have a small child, so my time is limited. It should be added that I apologized several times for the situation, which the receptionist responded with malicious comments that an apology would not turn back time and similar statements. I wasn't offered a single reasonable date - I understand that you don't have a lot of dates, but proposing a date in six months, when I arranged the previous date a week in advance, is probably pure malice. Ironic comments about how no one will come at six in the morning especially for me and the like. Impatient with this conversation, I thanked him and informed him that I would have to continue treatment elsewhere. Suddenly, the receptionist lost her tone and quickly connected me to a doctor, to whom I repeated the same thing. I was called several more times to propose an appointment, despite my consistent refusal to continue the treatment. A customer is respected when he is there, not when he no longer leaves for the competition... The irony is that on more than one visit I was admitted late due to doctor delays. I didn't blame anyone, even though I was in a hurry to pick up my child. It's a pity that the first time I made a mistake, it was treated like a problem.... (Show more)

I recommend doctor Łukasz Łatacha, who no longer works here. Small gaps sealed. Re-canaling, cleaning the canal, and then the crown, all elegant. It's a bit expensive, but there's no point in saving money on your teeth.

After yesterday's consultation, I asked for a diagnosis document and a photo. The doctor did not want to provide a diagnosis and photos. She said she would send the photos today. I received the photo only now, i.e. this morning, but too late because it took too long and I missed the appointment that I had in the morning. I've been on painkillers since yesterday, I have a root canal treatment ahead of me, so I'm another day behind the whole situation. I believe this is the result of the doctor's incompetence. Having made a diagnosis, the dentist should at least drill out the tooth and apply medicine. However, he didn't want to do it. I wasted time and money at your clinic and I believe I deserve some form of compensation.... (Show more)

I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is terrified of dental treatment, after coming here the stress disappears. Very nice ladies at the reception are always willing to help, there is no problem with calling, as is unfortunately the case in most facilities of this type. Homely atmosphere, spacious, well-equipped offices and wonderful specialists. I especially recommend Dr. Hubert. It was the first time that I encountered such accuracy, great knowledge, conscientiousness, precision, understanding and commitment from such a young doctor. Thank you again... (Show more)

Disappointed! There were 2 main things that disapointed me in this place. The receptionist, didn't find her to be kind and polite (not treating me by pan). We spent nearly 30min (to our 15min appoitment) to fill out 4 forms paper and later in computer, cannot understand why this was not send earlier by email or paper version (computer was slow and need to reapeat 4 times the same address, contact details, to our family of 4) The doctor specialized in kids, didn't see any interation / tricks (toy to distract, sticker, tv with cartoon)... with my 3 years old daughter. sencodly, when my wife asked for recomendation about thoobrush for 9 months baby, or how to brush, her answer: nie wiem!! If i need to look for the answer on internet, why i went there to be charged for 3min appointment? I feel that this place didn't progress 1 finger since 90's Time to improve and be updated!...
