I want to personally thank my doctor and his entire team for the professionalism, training, attention and humanity they showed to my problem. My adult daughter's worrisome symptoms visit on Sunday at Emergency: we encountered a very organized environment and an excellent pathologist (Ioannis Tsavdaridis), who performed the necessary laboratory tests and provided us with an extremely detailed, well-documented update on the results with recommendations for the further course. Morning visit to the ER for a pediatrician at 11 o'clock and we were told to wait AT LEAST an hour and a half. So if we went in the afternoon how many hours would we have to wait? is this direct service?

I am waiting in the ER for 3 hours and I still haven'tseen a doctor. It's too long for a sick person. A few months back I brought my daughter as well and we had to wait for another 3 hours before a pediatrician would check on her. Improvements should be made urgently.

In outpatient clinics, there is a very long wait for the ultrasound. The blonde lady in the office outside the ultrasound is rude and talks to everyone nervously. I paid €220 for four ultrasounds and they took me an hour and a half after my appointment. Unacceptable! In a public hospital I would be looked after more.... (Show more)

I was treated on the first floor of adults for a hernia operation and they were all amazing. Polite and very helpful. I felt like I was in the best hands!!! A thousand thanks!!!

Unfortunately, for the second time when we had to use the services of Diabalkanikos, our life became difficult for no reason. In short, I will be romantic and say that the staff at the cash desks are simply uninformed because I do not believe that some things are done for the purpose of profit and that by chance they treat us as if we are I don't know what..... Anyway after countless phone calls finally a tip came out which tip could have come out in the first five minutes and not after almost two hours of consultation. The only lady who actually said the information clearly and showed respect both to herself and to us she was the main Markou in the external cashiers if I'm not mistaken. In general before you do any action and before you pay anything be careful. My rating is about the procedures of the thing it's not about medical services, at least not this time.... (Show more)

Unbelievable waiting in the emergency room The answer to when we will be served was that if we want we can leave.

Unacceptable treatment from an orthopedic doctor in a re-examination for a broken finger, cynically saying that I didn't examine your son (5.5 years old) I can't see you, come when the one who examined you will be here one weekday, he was rude and talked to me like I was an outcast in front of my child..if you can't hang up, we'll leave your money... What can I say about the Check up girls ..(Lina - Vasso) ...simply excellent, perfect! With a smile and willing to serve you immediately!!

We have performed five surgeries, all with a terrible result (meaning that you don't deal with your surgery again) and these days we are in the pediatric clinic for hospitalization where everything is near perfection, the only thing I could note as a negative about the center's emergency room which need very significant improvement because someone who comes here for the first time and has no experience of either surgery or hospitalization will not be satisfied, maybe not at all by the nursing staff as well as by the doctors on call who should be more qualified, because the first picture is in the emergency room and not in the surgeries that are done I think it's a terrible job by some surgeons (there are not more than 10 I think) but they are the best and they save lives and they deserve to be congratulated and they are on a different level compared to any other doctor of their specialty in another hospital, at least in Thessaloniki, not to mention Greece....
