The girls at the reception are pleasant and kind, as is the doctor in the MRI, very helpful! When I went upstairs, for x-rays, it was as if I went somewhere else, the girls were forced to serve, the doctor was fine. And the results came out earlier than I was told.
THE DOCTORS AND THE TECHNOLOGIES ARE EXCELLENT. THE SECRETARIAT AT THE RECEPTION IS VERY HELPFUL. HOWEVER THE LADY AT THE SECRETARIAT. FIRST FLOOR HAS TO LEARN ELEMENTARY WAYS OF BEHAVIOR! (24/01/24 AFTERNOON)

Medical services tailored to Greek standards. An opinion was requested in English and due to insurance coverage and the center did not pay any attention. Also download results on CD rom in years 2023

Unacceptable
I was informed that the price of my examination doubled 2' before I had it even though I had called several times for clarification. The excuse was that the girls at the reception were wrong, as they had other information from their superiors. I would not recommend anyone to visit this particular diagnostic center as there is a lack of professionalism.... (Show more)
The worst I have seen in the private sector. Worse than a public hospital. The doctor was a chore and had a disparaging style in explaining the tests to me. In other words, he was bored doing his job! Are they unpaid??? I'm not doing anything again!!!
The reception is cold and does not match a health area. Times were not met

Rude and disrespectful staff. The public hospital is kinder. Cold people. Under no circumstances would I go again and of course I would not recommend it either.

The delay is unacceptable. In the mornings most people come for their blood tests and at the reception the service is done by only one person, therefore with a delay. The rest of the employees do their work in turn. You are a private center and must be different from the public one.
