miserable, I took my 3-year-old for hematology and they messed up the tests. plus the results were inaccurate. they asked me for repeats. shame

Honestly the worst in a diagnostic . Even though there are great doctors working, the confusion created by their secretariat is the worst. You call them to make an appointment for an examination with a specific doctor, they tell you that it is a month later (which is reasonable) and ten days before they tell you that it is not with the doctor you wanted. Also ! They tell you that they are doing some exam and when you go there they tell you that they do not accept the referral for that particular exam. Because I worked in diagnostic centers in Athens for 15 years and I know, you are obliged if you charge for the administration of a contrast medium to inform that it is prescribed and that otherwise it will be charged. But the point is to get the 6 euros and not to wait for the compensation from EOPYY. I feel sorry for the girls in the office who are forced to say untruths and argue with customers for a starvation wage. Very kind and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk.

Unacceptable behavior of a doctor towards an elderly patient and her companions. He shouted and did not want to do the examination, saying that the patient will not "get" her clean (populism) without explaining either scientifically or civilly. The reception and service during the exams was very friendly and pleasant!! The staff is experienced and well trained, the machines are brand new high technology!! Thank you very much for everything!! I highly recommend it!!

Nothing to do with the Euronedica we knew years ago....the rude staff didn't check us for rapid until half an hour had passed and we reported it...they were doing projects inside Euronedica resulting in anxiety for the patients

THEY DON'T KNOW what priority means to a pregnant woman. I had to wait half an hour for my turn to come and when it came and they saw the tests they said they couldn't do them for me, so I had a horrendous wait.

Modern machines, very good staff but not from doctors, we are supposed to go there for good and not to be treated up and down personally, I was dissatisfied with the doctor's behavior and diagnosis, as were others I have heard and talked to...

I'm sorry, they took blood in the worst way, resulting in a mark and a black spot from the procedure. I also asked them to go ahead while we were only 2 people so that I could take my daughter to school and they did not accept it ..the worst impressions from this microbiological.

They can't even make a proper agreement, unacceptable people suffer, useless

The secretaries, the nursing staff, the medical laboratory assistants all deserve to be congratulated for their service to the patients. The doctors, most of them are very good in their field.

It has the most modern machines. Although I don't live in Karditsa, I only go there for my exams. Great staff...excellent service.
