2 hour delay for a colonoscopy
If there is 0 stars I would put it, the worst thing is, I went for a blood test and was taken over by an inappropriate woman who stung me 2 times (I died in pain) without being sure about the vein!!! As a result, he didn't take my blood in the end, telling me that the weight was to blame for that. I got up and left because he had hurt me without drawing blood.!!! Shame on her. The worst I have ever seen. They took a lot of money I can say for an exam. And it's good that they will call me when the results come out. I went by myself to see what was going on and with her sweetness she told me that they called me, I showed them that there is no call. What should the sweet baby answer me? Totally amateurs, unfit, they don't know what is happening to them, the machines turn them on and off to work and do the exam, huge wait, unacceptable secretarial support with the audacity to say "I'm on my own"

Totally amateurs. I was scheduled for an upper abdominal ultrasound the next day after the referral expired. It should be noted that they had an appointment earlier. In the last few months we have been in contact with the diagnostic center. It has an excellent gastroscopy doctor. My husband and I were afraid of the examination. But because of the doctor's experience, everything went great.
Direct, polite and empathetic! Perfectly organized team and they quickly find you an appointment for all your examinations. Bravo to the head of the center!
