I rarely write reviews, but I am impressed by the professionalism, attitude and above all by the result....after four procedures, my legs are like twenty years old!! Thank you Dr. Hitova!

Do not go to this clinic! Complete unprofessionalism. Just a shiny facade and a loud name. Nothing more. They are not interested in whether they have achieved any result, they are just looking to take your money. And to prove this I will tell you about my visit. On March 16, I made an appointment for my son's examination. The first thing that made a bad impression on me was that we waited for about 40 minutes, given that we had an appointment. Dr. Hitova examined him quickly, wrote a prescription, with a medicine that turned out to be nowhere to be found. And later I found out that it is completely contraindicated for children of 14. Starting with the incredible cosiness, friendliness and cleanliness that they meet at the entrance, the polite receptionist and above all the doctors themselves. I want to express my personal admiration for two doctors from their team. Doctor Chepilev, to whom I went for laser manipulation, showed an extremely competent and professional attitude. The results after his intervention were excellent and he recommended other measures I should take for my condition, unlike doctors from other clinics who would do their job so "well" that you would remain their regular customer. This does not apply at all to Dr. Chepilev, in whom one could see a true attitude towards the patient in the full sense. I was also extremely impressed by a young doctor, namely Dr. Dervish, who, although new to the profession, gave me extremely useful advice that I follow to this day. Based on my impressions, I can recommend the clinic to everyone who wants to benefit from quality dermatological care and human treatment! Specifically for my problem - vitiligo gave a very good result. I have been to 7-8 clinics in Bulgaria and 2 in Turkey with no result. The only thing that can be improved is to keep an e-register of patients, in which the therapy and dates are indicated, and not to carry prescriptions every time and ask ourselves what, when, for how long, etc. . questions, it's confusing. I want to express my DISSATISFACTION with my visit to the clinic. I went with the aim of a preventive examination for my face, because I was getting 5/6 pimples and I decided to turn to a "professional" (Dr. Maya Kurtisheva). After prescribing all kinds of cosmetic products from a "dermatologist" (which were worth a total of BGN 300) and starting to use them, after about a month my face got incredibly worse. From these 5 pimples of mine suddenly became 105. I have never seen so many pimples. Then I immediately called the specific "dermatologist" about the bad condition of my face, but she did not pick up the phone. After a week of incessant calling and even texting, there was no response again. Then I decided to call the secretary to ask if she was on vacation, but she told me that she was in her office working. At that moment, I just realized that this particular lady, Dr. Maya Kurtisheva, has nothing to do with a professional and clearly does not care about her patients at all. Right now my face is full of scars and I am being treated by an amazing dermatologist, the likes of which YOU WILL NOT FIND at this clinic! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Totally useless :(. Dr. Racheva rambles on, doesn't get into the problem, looks to send you away without giving a solution, once says one thing - then another. Shifts the responsibility and the decision to the next time.. come next week, come next month, come after three months but why should I keep coming without any work being done in the particular visit. The lab is also quite bad because it doesn't give real results. Because I doubted, then I checked the result in two other places and my doubts were justified. I am disappointed with the clinic visits. They did three skinbusters for me. After the first one there was a huge difference. My face was refreshed, hydrated and plumper. The second time, it was as if nothing had been put on me, there was no plumpy effect like after the first. I told myself that maybe I was imagining it, but for my own peace of mind, I tried to change the person performing the procedure. Then the reception explained to me that if I want another doctor to do it, I have to go through an examination with him and he will evaluate what he is going to do, and it is not certain that he will do the third procedure that is needed for the full effect. At that point I said ok sign me up again with the same person. After the third time, the results were even worse, the scars hardly recovered. My face is white instead of healthy and glowing like it was after the first treatment. So, if you need to get a skin booster, consider whether this is the clinic you will choose.... (Show more)

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of her attitude, I would recommend that you look for the specialists yourself elsewhere.

First, I will start by saying that the location of the clinic is very accessible. There is a metro station nearby, which makes access to it very fast. Inside the clinic itself, it is always clean and tidy, and there is a pleasant and nice atmosphere. About the team - I think it's outstanding. From my personal impressions, I can say that Dr. M. Hitova, Dr. M. Kucheva, Dr. A. Angelova and nurse R. Grudeva are amazing specialists, concerned about the patient, kind, kind and good.... (Show more)

I am visiting the clinic once again as I have used different services and have always been satisfied. I have been to several different specialists and they have all been extremely professional, kind, explain clearly and consider the patient's wishes. I would recommend.

For a clinic where you pay a rather high price, the attitude is more than terrible……from the registry to the medical staff, they just don't care about the patient….

I made an appointment for a consultation for me and my daughter because there is a free mole and skin pigment screening this month. Unfortunately, the Registry did not fully read and understand my wish and in the end I had to pay for the examination. Otherwise, the place is extremely pleasant, the specialist was kind and comprehensive in terms of my concerns. I am extremely dissatisfied with the clinic. The first bad impression is that the girl at the front desk is extremely rude, as if you owe them something. Second - with a reserved time, you enter with at least a 40-minute delay. For a paid service this is unacceptable!!! I advise you never to step there.... (Show more)

I am fascinated by the attentive and cordial treatment I received from the team at this clinic. Dr. Maria Stoyanova consulted me in great detail and professionally on all 1001 questions I had about the skin of the face. Dr. Bezhanska, a great specialist - kind, correct and with a great attitude towards the patient. I have taken both my children to her, now I also benefit from her competence. Thanks! And that there are gaps in prices/payment, that should be decided by the managers of the clinic!
