Euro Dental - Bath Road

I registered with them about 20 years ago when we were partly living on benefit . So there's no way I would've asked to register with them if they weren't taking NHS patients but private only. Since then I only had dental check up with them when I needed it (and hygienist appointment which I paid, because I had to) and generally had no problems with my teeth till last June, when I went in for check up. Susan (she's a very nice dentist) told me I needed one filling, so I had to pay 125 pounds for it. Yes it seemed a lot for the "NHS" fee, I was thinking "Oh my goodness, that much even on the NHS? Maybe white one does cost a lot" . But yesterday I checked their price list and this morning called them to ask why I was charged a private patient fee for one filling , to which I was told I had been a private patient all along, since 2003. As I said, my husband and I were receiving some benefits back then and there's no way I would've asked to be registered as a private patient. This must have been an admin error from the start. Earlier I told our kids (now adults) to make sure they are not registered as private patient with them. I want to have my extra 60 pounds I paid for one filling back, but I'm sure I won't get it . Also, they didn't give me a choice to have silver fillings which is a lot cheaper, although it's LISTED on their website as available . They said they don't use it. So why is it on their website?... I've been coming here with my sons since our previous dentist went completely private. They're really nice here, we've been seen by Suzan and Ben. Was suffering very painful toothache. Called practice and was offered an appointment within 2 hours. Problem was sorted in 15 minutes by excellent dentist and support staff. Thank you to everyone for getting me treated so quickly.

Great dentist! I've always been so nervous to go to the dentist then had an emergency appointment with Nish and never looked back. He has done wonders with my teeth and I feel confident enough to go to the dentist on my own. Can sometimes be a wait but that's like anywhere you go. As for parking there is a car park at the top of eastcott hill that is cheap enough to pop along to the dentist... (Show more)

Was seen today for an emergency appointment warm welcome from the moment l walked in after suffering from very bad toothache since Friday evening last week was seen by Ben who was amazing from start to finish he explained the procedure to me as l get very nervous l even was given an xray and had a temporary filling and Ben said he would happy for me to come back for a checkup without a doubt the best denist l have ever seen.Thankyou Ben... They are asking patients to pay £85 to keep the teeth hygiene. I was been told that my teeth needs clean but it’s not covered. But when I contacted nhs they said it’s covered. They keep on taking NHS name and excuses for not treating patients on NHS but same treatment they recommend privately from them.... (Show more)

Becareful with this surgery. They cancelled our appointments on numerous occasions due to covid and refused to see us when we were covid free but ill and then kick you of the list as we haven't been seen in a year. Can't be seen when you cancel and refuse to see us.

I have been with Eurodental for over 20 yrs and have always been satisfied. Admittedly there can be a wait for routine check ups but the receptionists always offer to book them in while there. I have found them brilliant on the few occasions where we have needed to see them urgently, always getting me or my child in within 24hrs. Before coming here I was petrified of dentists but Ben has always been so reassuring that it is no longer a worry.... (Show more)

If I could give this place no stars I would after what I have been told by 2 dentists now a very bad filling by a Bulgarian dentist which is there I have been unable to feel my left side of my mouth my advice is avoid like the plage now having to have my tooth removed and wisdom teeth removed after been told they are fine previously and having also found I have had a filling done in the wrong place makes my pain so much better now with a better dentist I hope I could get my money back but this will be doubtful Also always late Never polite Staff only care about snap or Facebook... Rude staff. Poor parking, long wait times. Would only recommend if you enjoy being sworn at, after waiting an hour over your appointment time. Terrible experience

Had very scary dentist remove the wrong teeth years ago. Never made appointment again until I came here. Very professional and friendly. Excellent work.
