Though Eugenix charge a little bit extra than other hair clinics, but they exceed in their services (pre-mid-post surgery). They have been in constant contact with before and after the procedure (my 2nd day after surgery). They explained the pre and post operation procedure thoroughly. Their staff is excellent and polite. I have recently undergone transplant in eugenix and so far my experience has been really great. Plan, design and execution has been well executed in smooth manner. Now waiting for result to be shown up after 6-9 months. Shall post another review, once i have the results in place.

I had my transplant on Jan 13th. I have been extremely impressed by the Eugenix team and truly, could not have picked a better place. I felt supported throughout the process, at each step, there is someone to explain the steps and to make sure all your questions are answered. Even after the procedure, they make sure to check in each day and do a great job of explaining what to expect. There was no place where i felt stressed or scared. Dr Das was my main surgeon and she was very knowledgeable and patient. The procedure itself was largely painless and recovery has been straightforward. The whole process from consultation to post op care has been excellent. Good communication throughout from friendly and professional team who made everything as easy and comfortable as possible throughout my whole trip, not just the surgical procedure. I'm so disappointed with my hairfall and I had bald in frontal area and some of mid scalp and I just go through ht at euginex after searching from year . Finally my transplantation is done.And result is very good. Euginex has given back my smile on my face

Incredible experience with staff that makes you feel like royalty / something I’m sure most people are not used to in the US. Great communication pre and post op and top of the line service. They put away any pre surgery anxiety and do a fantastic job ensuring you’re comfortable.

I’ve had my procedure done at Eugenix Gurgaon in March 2023. The experience was overall great and I’d recommend it. All the employees were extremely kind, caring and I could see that everyone involved in the process was giving their best for it to succeed. It's been 2 months since my surgery. So far so good. Good Surgery exp and regular follow ups from the clinic side. Though there is time for the final results, but the journey so far has been smooth.
