Glad I found this place, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental services. Hannah at reception is professional and friendly. Always greeted as soon as you walk through the door, even when busy she will acknowledge you are there. Nancy Waine did an amazing job with cleaning, she was thorough and answered any questions I had. Hannah on reception is polite and professional, very welcoming both on the phone and in person a pleasure to deal with. Vivek is professional and welcoming. He was very gentle with me and caring throughout my treatment. He put me at ease and stopped to massage my jaw when it cramped during treatment. His assistant is caring and gentle too . After a poor experience elsewhere, I have been a customers here for the past few years and find them efficient, friendly and honest.

I’ve always been scared of the dentist but I feel that yesterday’s trip has helped reassured me that it’s not scary. The receptionists were very lovely and one asked if we would like water while we waited which made me feel quite comfortable. Dr Ariel must have seen that I was anxious and was super lovely and gentle throughout my clean. She didn’t lecture me about my oral health and was very informative about everything that was going on. Her and the receptionist did not force me to book an appointment about my fillings but instead gave me a quote for it which I appreciate. Thank you for making me feel calm and well looked after... I have been going to National Dental Care at Algester for around 8 years. I have has some bad experiences in the past with other dentists but always found all the staff at this practice to be very caring, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them

I just wanted to give a big shout out and a 5-star to Hannah at the front desk and Dr Kim. Hannah was so nice, friendly and welcoming, made a great impression of the practice. Dr Kim took his extra time and effort (1 hour to be exact from start to end) to clean my teeth cos i got so much plaque n stuff (embarrassed!)… totally worth every penny!
