I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until my last order. I was missing an eyeshadow stick. When I called I was told they would look into it. Upon getting the callback I was told I had to mail back my entire purchase I received so they could investigate. What??? How would that solve anything? I very firmly said I was NOT sending the remaining items back, they had my money, I have spent thousands of dollars with them, many of the items I order are between $100-$300. and they were going to argue over ONE eyeshadow? Again the agent said he would get back to me. He called back and said I did not have to mail back anything but they did not have the eyeshadow stocked so could not send a replacement. Really?? Perhaps it wasn't in stock when you sent out my order...I told them I wanted a refund. I received my refund but quite honestly I am now afraid to order from them again. What if I'm missing an item again? Will they think I'm just trying to scam them?... (Show more)

Purchased a bottle of Deborah Lippmann's gel pro lab nail polish. The order was processed in a timely fashion and I am enjoying the product which applies and looks great!
I have used this product for several years and it does work. It does not have any strange smells to it and is easy to use. I certainly recommend this product.

I have always like to come to Eternal Skin care, not only because of the effective laser genesis sessions but also the welcoming atmosphere. But today is different, it took the new technician an incredibly long time to wear a head towel on me; while she was making overwhelming comments about my face, I don’t know whether is her finger or the machine, but something kept poking my goggles. I would rate a 5 star for the nice front desk, products, and the other technician Cindy. But the technician this time is truly a 2 and I’m been generous.... (Show more)
