Esthétique Laser

I went for services which I now know were doomed to failure, shameful.. Not to mention the burns due to the laser... Very disappointed... Money and time wasted. Avoid ladies..!!

The team at this center is adorable. The manager is very nice. Looking forward to being able to go back, this time for hair removal. Not living in the area, I would be happy to return there as soon as possible.

Professional and friendly welcome. The lady knows her job and knows how to adapt her skills to the needs of each person. Prices fully in line with the service performed. Little extra 😀 Card payment possible and they have certain post-treatment care products on site, such as Flamigel, which avoids a trip to the pharmacy ^^ 😉... (Show more)

Mistrust. Zero results. Equivocal prices. Acid from the peel partially removed, result: facial burns! Same for Lipo laser, zero results! 500 Euros thrown out the window. At the Laser Esthetique Center, Dominique, the boss, doesn't explain anything about what she does. It's done quickly, BADly done. With Dominique, it's all about money, subtly of course. The staff is friendly and it is undeniable that I see a big difference after 8 permanent hair removal sessions. But in 8 sessions, I had 3 machine breakdowns, not to mention a power outage. The first two times I had to go home. The 3rd, miraculously, they remembered that there was a backup machine. I wonder why they didn't think of that the first two times. The 2nd time, when the boss called me to set up an appointment once the machine was repaired, he himself told me that he would give me a discount. Except that when it's time to pay, he hands me a bag telling me that there are a few small excuse gifts but wants to make me pay the full price. I ask him what about the discount and he replies "ah but the bag... OK I'll round you up to 400 (instead of 435)". Once home, I open the bag: 3 free samples, one of which was so yellowed that I looked at the expiration date which was from 2018! And a cream. All for mature skin... I'm 36 years old... It disappointed me terribly. So, after the 3rd breakdown, I decided to consult elsewhere and I realized the lack of professionalism of Esthétique laser. The questions and advice as well as the explanations that were provided to me are much more in-depth and professional. I must admit that when I called Esthétique Laser to say that I was stopping with them, the boss told me that they had just bought a new machine and that he was offering me a free session. But the blow of the bag and the difference in professionalism pushed me to refuse his tempting offer.... (Show more)
