Esthetique Dental

We moved to Shropshire just over 8 years ago and struggled to find a dentist. Eventually we found Esthetique Dental. We are so happy we did. They are based in a peaceful courtyard setting with ample parking and this certainly helps to relax and calm you before the visit. The reception area is spacious and beautifully decorated. The treatment rooms are bright and modern. I have been terrified of dentists all my life (75 years) but the patience and expertise here has completely changed that. I have complete confidence in the dentists and actually look forward to my visits. From reception to hygienists to dentists, everyone is so friendly and reassuring. Lovely location with ample parking. Managed to get a route canal booked quickly due to a cancellation. Callum was attentive and explained each step of the process. Made sure I was comfortable and was very polite to my self and his assistant. I had lost faith in dentists prior to my visit after some bad experiences. I’ve been with the practice now for just over 2 years, it’s the first dentist that I have felt like a person and not a Guinea pig for someone to practice on, I have always been treated with the upmost respect by all of the staff there, I would like to thank Ed for giving me my smile back!

Most welcoming and professional with excellent service and treatment. I remember the old days of going to the dentist as a child and now that concern has been removed, mostly down to the staff reassurance and calm approach.

I've been at this practice for around a year and in that time have had root canals, extractions and appointments with the hygienist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every single member of the team is professional, caring and friendly. They all clearly love their jobs and work seamlessly together. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental nurses are absolutely brilliant and the reception team and approachable, kind and friendly. The perfect dental practice for nervous patients. Worth every penny. Making the decision to go to Esthetique Dental Practice at Hadnall 8 months ago was the best decision I made. All the staff I have come in contact with have been warm, friendly & caring and none more so than Callum who has been my dentist throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble & he has given me back my smile. I was terrified the first time I met him but he & the nurse that day put me at ease & gave me the courage to go back again and again until he was happy that I was happy. Have used this dental practice for about 3 years & always found the staff helpful , courteous & quick to put you at ease. Today I had an emergency appointment with Ed to deal with a cracked front tooth . I found the whole process painless , Ed & his nurse were attentive & explained every step of the procedure . I left the surgery later with the best smile I ve had in years . Well done Ed … I m amazed by how my teeth have been transformed. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone.
