Esthe Laser Clinic

MD Hana Raková, MBA graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine in Prague in 1986. Afterwards, she joined the ENT Clinic of the Královské Vinohrady Teaching Hospital for seven years. She completed her first degree certificate in ENT in 1990 and the second degree in 1993. During her clinic practice she was interested in the issue of aesthetic medicine, cooperated with experts of plastic surgery, and became a member of plastic surgeons team. In 1994 she acquired a certificate in corrective dermatology. Since 1998 she has been active in the laser therapies of aesthetic medicine and participated in many professional long-term and short-term internship programmes. She has written or co-written more than 30 professional publications, and she is a member of the Czech Society for Laser Application in Medicine of Jan Evangelista Purkyne, the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the European Laser Association. In 1998 she became the co-owner and director of Esthé and the Chief Physician of the Esthé Laser Centre. Since 2008 she has been at the head of Esthé - Aesthetic Medicine Clinic Corp., and works as a specialist for laser and aesthetic medicine and corrective dermatology. She holds certificates for laser work, dermal fillers and [Treatment name removed]dministrations. She gained her MBA degree in management at the Open University and Prague International Business School.

After the graduation from the Faculty of General Medicine at Charles University in Prague in 1973, he worked at the Dermatological Clinic in Teplice. In 1975 he started working at the First Dermatological Clinic in Prague, where he specialized particularly in diagnostics of immunological skin diseases, dermatological oncology and dermatosurgery. In 1992 he became the Chief Physician of the First Dermatological Clinic in Prague and the Head Physician of the Counselling for Pigmented Naevi. He has collaborated in the introduction of dermatoscopic examination technique used to precise the diagnostics of pigment skin changes and tumours. Since 2002 he has been the Chief Physician of the Esthé Laser and Dermatological Centre. He has written or co-written more than 40 professional publications, is lecturing at the Institute for Medical Training, and holds certificates for laser work, dermal fillers administrations. Since 2003 he has been a member of the examination board of the Medical Chamber for certificates in corrective dermatology.

MUDr. Petr Jirák g graduated from the Third Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 1999. He started his practice in 1998 at the Department of Phoniatrics and ENT of the medical facility Medical Healthcom. Since 2000 he has been working at the ENT department of Na Homolce Hospital where he is currently the Senior Doctor. In 2003 and 2007 he passed his board certification exam in Otorhinolaryngology. After obtaining a certificate for working with lasers and for the application of filling materials, he become a member of the medical team of Esthé Laser Centre.

Andrea Musilová is a graduate and a holder of the certificate of special eligibility for plastic surgery granted by the Ministry of Health and a holder of the Czech Medical Chamber license in plastic surgery. She gained experience from the best clinics in Prague where she worked as a leading doctor in plastic surgery and also from many specialized internships and training courses both in the Czech Republic and abroad. She is an experienced expert in reconstructive surgery, including breast reconstruction of women with cancer, hand surgery, etc. Until now she has been devoted to the reconstructive operations of the chest at the Cardiochirurgical Clinic IKEM. As a member of the Czech Medical Society of Jan Evangelista Purkyne in plastic surgery and international organizations The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and The International Society of the Plastic Regenerative Surgery (ISPRES), she was awarded for her lifelong learning endeavour by the Czech Medical Chamber. She is a holder of numerous medical certificates for work in he field of aesthetic medicine. As one of the first, she was awarded a certificate for the transfer of adipose tissue using [Treatment name removed] and [Name redacted] plasma.

She graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine at the Charles University in Prague in 1998. She passed the board certification exam of the first degree in the field of dermatovenerology in 2001 and of the second degree in 2004. During her clinical practice she has focused primarily on the solutions of dermatological problems and since 2012 she has been in charge of her own private dermatological office. She is a holder of a certificate to work with lasers, to apply skin implants and botulotoxin. She is a co-author of several publications and contributed articles to professional journals. She regularly participates in educational events organized by the Medical Chamber for which she received a diploma for lifelong learning in 2011 . Since October 2014 she has been a member of the medical team of Esthé Laser Clinic where she works as a specialist in laser and aesthetic medicine and corrective dermatology.

MD Gabriela Mrzenová graduated from the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague in 2000. She passed her board certification exam in the field of dermatovenereology in 2005. During her clinical practice, she worked at the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital in Prague and in leading aesthetic clinics, where she mastered the application of skin implants and botulotoxin together with the use of lasers in aesthetic medicine. She is a certified graduate of education courses focusing on methods used in corrective dermatology. She has been a member of the medical team of Esthé Laser Clinic since October 2014 where she works as a specialist in laser and aesthetic medicine and corrective dermatology.

MD Jan Rícar graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Pilsen in 2006. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as a medical intern at the Dermatovenerological University Hospital in Pilsen and since 2008 he has been employed there as a lecturer. In addition to clinical practice, he teaches at the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen and is dedicated to research and clinical trials. In 2011 he passed the board certification exam of the second degree in dermatovenerology which he complemented in 2013 with the board certification in corrective dermatology. He is a postgraduate student at the Charles University in Pilsen with the major focus on skin adverse effects of targeted oncology and biological treatment. He took part in teaching and clinical internships in Zurich, Salzburg, Munich and Bologna. He participated in a number of international and Czech professional congresses. Moreover, he is a holder of certificates for working with lasers, for the application of skin implants and chemical peeling, and for other methods of corrective dermatology. He is a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) and the Czech Dermatovenereological Society (CDS). He publishes in leading foreign and Czech professional journals and lectured at world, European and Czech professional congresses. Since November 2014 he has been the member of the medical team of Esthé Laser Clinic.

MD Karel Bartík graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Pilsen in 1976. His clinical practice focused on the therapy of venous diseases within the field, including surgical procedures. Furthermore, he deals with the related issues in the field of aesthetic medicine. Until 1993 he worked at the surgery department of the hospital in Chomutov, since 1980 his attention has been focused on phlebology (diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency) and later mainly on vascular surgery, which occupies most of his attention now. Since 1993 he has been working at the Department of Vascular Surgery at Na Homolce Hospital. His main professional focus is directed at the issue of comprehensive diagnosis and surgical treatment of venous diseases, in particular of the so called Varicose veins - varices. Currently, he is engaged in the treatment of venous diseases also at the Centre of Laser Dermatology and Cosmetics – Esthé.
