My whole experience from being picked up from the airport was very professional, relaxed and easy. I have wanted to do hair transplant for a long and am so glad I went with Esteworld. I decided to stay there for a week instead of the 3 days and when ever I needed them they were very quick to respond. All the staff involved from the taxi drivers, translaters and surgeons made you feel like they were there just for you. Esteworld provided a great experience for my procedure. I came for a hair transplant as my confidence has significantly wained since losing a large amount of hair from my forehead and crown. The team at Esteworld took care of everything from airport transfer, movement to the facilities and everything in between. The procedure was clearly explained and all the staff were professional and friendly. I also received a translator who did a great job interpreting and translating for me. My only issue was payment, I was quoted in AUD, however it appears Esteworld like to be paid in Euros, after converting the current rate of Lira. So the price I was quoted increased by several hundred dollars. For anyone outside of the EU, ask to be quoted directly in Euro or Lira so you don't receive any surprises... (Show more)

Esteworld was, I think one of the best experience for us talking about medic-patient attention. It’s important to know that Estambul has many clinics (different specialties) but this competence make its tricky cause not all of them are synonymous of guaranty as Esteworld. We are from Argentina and Spain and we are very happy for the election. The services provided by the clinic are top notch. The process itself it’s smooth and done with professionalism. I am glad that I choose them. P.S - as a hotel don’t stay at Aspera Istanbul. Clean and great rooms but the personnel it’s just unbelievable rude.

A great experience starting from the control in Bucharest that took place at the Mr. Ensar Clinic to the pick-up at the Airport, Hotel and clinic in Istanbul. The hair implant surgery went as expected. I am very pleased with the entire team in Romania as well as the one in Turkey, especially mrs. Treatment, care, kindness, cleanliness and communication at its finest. I went to Esteworld for my hair transplant and i had 2 session for the entirety of my head to get hair. The team and the translators are amazing and very kind. My translators in my two sessions were Ceylan Vurğu and Sibel Tosun, and I cannot begin to explain to you how important was their excellent and kind manner to relax me as well as help me with everything i needed as they really went above and beyond with everything i wanted. Bless them. I would recommend them both due to their great humor and soothing aid under any circumstances. In conclusion everything was great, everyone is beyond kind and helpful with any concern, and especially during the procedure the translators and the doctors make sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need. Everyone from the communication department, to the Vale drivers, to the translators and the doctors were amazing as they offered a really stress-free and painless experience. Recommend 10/10!...
