Great and very professional doctor with great listening skills and empathy and dedication to the well-being of the patient. In April 2019 I got BBL and mastopexy, my breasts were divine. And in August 2020 I had my second round of BBL because I had put on weight again. The results of my BBL are extraordinary. The doctor has exceeded all my expectations. I am a very sensitive patient to pain, the doctor gave me additional medication at no extra cost. because my tolerance for pain is minimal. The doctor is good and generous. In the future I will come back for rhinoplasty. He is a doctor who always stands in the place of the patient, he is very good and does not answer badly. I do not recommend this surgeon. Dr Ersin Gonullu performed liposuction and rhinoplasty on me when I was 4 weeks pregnant (I was not aware of this at the time). When I found out after I got home and told Dr Ersin he did not feel he had done anything wrong or had any responsibility to make sure his patients were tested for pregnancy prior to surgery. He maintained that asking the patient if they are pregnant or not is sufficient so I would worry that this could happen again to somebody else and purely on that basis would not recommend him. I had no idea that my contraception had failed and I was pregnant. Unfortunately I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have a termination as I was given so much medication that is not recommended in pregnancy and also general anesthetic in the first trimester increases the risk of still birth amongst other problems. All of this could have been avoided with a simple test and it makes me so sad that he prioritised saving a little bit of money over my health and safety. Had it just been standard procedure that women of child bearing age are tested I would never have gone ahead with the surgery and things would have been so different now. In addition to that Dr Ersin Gonullu was rude to me on several occasions after my surgeries and accused me of exaggerating how much pain I was in. He charged me £250 for going back into the hospital when I was in excruciating pain and suffering with sickness and uncontrollable full body temors. He manhandled me when changing my dressings when I was already in a lot of pain which caused me a lot of distress. He was too aggressive with the liposuction, removing too much fat and leaving me with a deformed back. He overdid the lower part so much but neglected the bit above resulting in what looks like a lumpy shelf on my back. It looks horrible and I'm so embarrassed by it. I also have painful lumps under my skin which seem to be here to stay and am disappointed with how he has shaped the tip of my nose as it goes off to the left slightly. I have waited 4 months to write this review to see if the appearance of my results will settle down but this seems to be how it's going to stay and I am very unhappy with the final results. I got the impression that this doctor only cares about getting your money and that is it. I have plently of evidence that I was a patient of his and am happy to provide proof should anyone wish to see it. Update 1.2.20: I would just like to clarify following Dr Ersins response that my issue was not whether or not they asked me if I was pregnant. I can confirm I was asked once by a nurse before my surgery (not multiple times. The number of timed asked is irrelevant anyway as the answer would have been the same due to me not knowing my contraception had failed) and I said I did not believe I was pregnant but did tell the nurse my period was a few days late which I assumed was down to anxiety because of the upcoming surgeries. It is not unusual for my periods to be irregular especially if I am stressed or anxious. I also told Dr Ersin this information mainly because I was worried I would come on whilst unconsious. He didn't seem concerned and just told me to put a tampon in before we went into theatre just in case. My issue is that asking alone is clearly not reliable as my case had shown and that I feel women should be asked to take a pregnancy test before surgery so these mistakes do not happen. With regards to it being an invasion of privacy I can tell you categorically that I would have much preferred to be asked to take a pregnancy test and would have happily obliged than to have had my privacy invaded much further by going through the trauma of a surgical abortion. I would also like to add that the comment about legal proceedings being started seems to be false as I have not yet been contacted by any legal representative. I will update again if this changes.... I call him my sister's beloved doctor, but he is also the only doctor I trust (because this year he will make me more beautiful too). The ingenuity I saw in the first tampon removal after my sister's nose surgery was superb, and it made my brother very happy to be the work of beauty of a doctor who approached his patients so kindly. We gossip with pleasure. She got the thumbs up from women who are as hot as we are and who do not trust every doctor. This year, if I am lucky, I will reward myself with a French lover, but being in the hands I trust the most is the greatest luxury for me. I am glad she exists. I wish her a long life. He performed my breast implant operation about 2 years ago. He answered all my questions in detail both before and after the operation. He's a great doctor. I was discharged on the 2nd day after the surgery and on the 15th day I was able to continue my daily life alone. I am very pleased with the operation and my implants. I have been getting help from him for botox for 2 years. Thanks to my doctor, I learned that the procedure can be performed without feeling any pain. I recommend him to everyone.... (Show more)

Dr. Ersin Gonullu and his assistant Murat are so professional and genuine. I was initially very nervous to have my procedures and I was made to feel at ease from the beginning. My journey was a very smooth one really when I think about it. I had a tummy tuck, Lipo and BBL and I am recovering very well. Dr. Gonullu made sure he informed me of all before and aftercare and I am now back home recovering very well!. I want to say that I am very pleased with my results and every day I feel a bit better within myself. Dr. Gonullu’s assistant Murat is amazing and so kind and helpful. Any queries he will answer immediately and is very knowledgeable. I put my life and body into the hands of Dr. Gonullu and have 100 percent respect for this skilled and talented professional. I did go through the clinic Surgery TR to access Dr. Gonullu, however, there has been a breakdown in communication between us so although the clinic did provide a good package deal for me, I am not happy with the communication between myself and the clinic direct. This is unfortunate because the clinic has the best surgeon in the world and they need to recognize this. Despite all this, I am very happy and have been made to feel at ease at all times.
