Nice, clean clinic. Staffs are super nice and helpful. PA Brandi was great and patient at explaining the process and put me at ease. She also has very gentle hands.

I am a bariatric weight loss surgery patient and had lost over 100 lbs. But my huge and cumbersome apron of skin and fat remained. I had always figured an abdominoplasty was Part 2 in my journey to better health and appearance. A coworker referred me to Dr Mariotti and I booked and waited for my consult. Dr Mariotti is compassionate and really took care to fully assess my reasons for seeking surgery which I appreciated, especially since I am late to the cosmetic surgery game being in my late 60's. I told him that I was realistic...not expecting to look 40 or 50 again but still desiring the best possible outcome for me and also keeping risk management in mind especially being older. We decided on the best plan and I felt totally confidant and relaxed going into surgery. What a great result I got! I haven't seen my body look like this since my 30's. And while I did lose over 10 lbs of fat and skin, it's the non-scale victories which are the BEST. Like being able to bend all the way down in the gym on the machines (no apron roadblocking me), and doing the same while painting my toenails. I love that I have extra room in seatbelt yardage. And I'm very happy my old knees have less weight and stress on them. And my back hurts less now too. My only regret is the my husband didn't live to see my body now but I know he'd be thrilled ... though he loved me at every weight over our 50 years together. I would highly recommend Dr Mariotti and his entire staff. I was listened too, educated on what to expect for surgery and in my recovery period. I’ve been contemplating my mommy makeover for years recently I hit my goal and lost a good amount of that pregnancy weight. After spending days, many days and hours of researching doctors, pictures reviews I felt I found the best and even better he was near where I work and live . When I called I was taken back I actually waited 6 months to get in for my consultation I decided to commit. It was all worth the wait from the staff welcoming you in to Aubrey and Dr.Mariotti. I was so impressed with how welcoming the staff was upon my arrival. Everyone was super friendly. I sat with Brittany prior to meeting Dr. Mariotti , she’s wonderful. She was sweet and asked me a few questions. Dr. Mariotti is very approachable as well as super kind . He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. I had surgery by Dr Mariotti on 12/13/23. The entire experience since booking my consultation has been very pleasant, informative and every person I’ve encountered in his office and staff have been kind and supportive. I had my consult in August 2023 and scheduled surgery for 4 months later, which I felt was the perfect amount of time to prepare for my surgery and recovery. I lost almost 100 pounds and have been looking forward to this surgery for the last 2 years! Dr. Mariotti’s profile stood out to me for having so much experience with extreme weight loss patients. I was also impressed with the incision lines, belly buttons on tummy tucks as well as his use of the drainless technique. I appreciated how well he listened to me during our consult in hearing what I want and what I didn’t want. At no point did I feel pressured into procedures I didn’t want, which was a relief to me as I had consults with other surgeons who were insistent that I consider implants and that I “wouldn’t be happy if I didn’t choose them.” Dr. Mariotti was thorough in his explanation of how a 360 would benefit my specific body needs more than the extended tummy tuck I originally came in thinking I needed. He was absolutely right and the results from the 360 are definitely what my body needed to successfully remove all the excess skin in a way that would provide my body with consistent and smooth shape all around. This didn’t feel like pressure to choose something else, but an educated suggestion based on his years of experience and expertise. I could visibly see how the difference between the 360 results vs extended TT would be the results I wanted in the end without a doubt. I’m now one week post-op from 360 lower body lift with abdominal wall muscle repair as well as Brest excess skin removal and lift (no implants). The surgery day experience was exceptional! Every person that I interacted with from the check in staff to night nurses were all fantastic. I still have a few follow up appointments to get through but I have no fears or concerns with them as I’m recovering quite well and hope it stays that way. If for some reason it doesn’t, I know and trust that I have the full support of Dr. Mariotti and his staff. This is such a significant procedure, investment and commitment. I consulted with 5 other surgeons along with Dr. Mariotti and I felt so confident after our consult that he was the right choice for me. I highly recommend consulting with him to see if he is right for you, too. I truly have zero complaints about this experience in any way. And if I end up with any worth noting, I’ll be sure to come back and update for the sake of full transparency as I know that’s so important for individuals who are searching for a surgeon. I have a few friends who had this same surgery before or at the same time as me from different surgeons elsewhere and I’ve had 3 of them now tell me “I wish I had gone to your surgeon” or “I wish my surgeon was as good as yours because your results are amazing!” While I know that every body heals differently and sometimes you can never predict how someone will heal, how the procedure is performed makes a huge difference in the healing and overall outcome. I had recovery issues after breast reduction surgery that was done out of my home state in November 2023. A nurse friend/angel got me in to see Dr. Mariotti who immediately took charge of my case and scheduled me right away for surgery to repair issue. What a great doctor and his team is also amazing! Over 20 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I chose to have a mastectomy with the understanding Kaiser would do my reconstruction. 6 months following my mastectomy, I saw my Kaiser plastic surgeon to schedule my reconstruction only to hear the surgeon say she would not do any reconstruction on me because I was high risk for bleeding. I challenged the surgeon’s opinion and finally Kaiser agreed to pay for my reconstruction with an outside plastic surgeon of my choosing. I interviewed several surgeons and chose Dr. Mariotti because he had all the attributes I was looking for in a surgeon: caring, knowledge, confidence and a sincere interest in helping me! I am forever grateful for Dr. Mariotti. I never had any problems during or following the reconstruction. In fact the entire procedure was seamless. Most of my adult life I have struggled with body issues relating to my breasts. They were never perky to begin with and after breastfeeding my two children they were pretty much deflated.
