I received unforgettable advice. The first conversation with Doctor Ulrich Möckel is not just about explaining the procedure of the operation but rather about getting to know you personally, identifying your problem and ADVICE you! My nose is not perfect and Mr Möckel immediately noticed what had brought me to him. However, I can live with this nose without any problems. And the doctor brought me to this conclusion in the course of an intelligent and relaxed conversation. The consultation was free for me. It cost the doctor 45 minutes of his time. I did not have satisfactory success with two different ENT doctors in my local area. The examinations did not convince me; they were too superficial and had no apparent prospect of improving my problems. At U.Möckel I found a competent ENT doctor who completely convinced me. For my problem (deviated nasal septum/shortness of breath) I received a technically detailed medical diagnosis in an entertaining form. 8 weeks ago Dr. Möckel carried out an aesthetic correction of my nose. From consultation to surgery, night in the hospital to aftercare, everything was great. Before I came to Uli, I saw three different ENT doctors because of constant mucus in the throat and breathing problems. Uli was the only one who took the time to listen to my complaints and look at my nose calmly. After a CT scan and his examination, he diagnosed chronic sinusitis and recommended sinus surgery. I decided to have the operation carried out by Uli. Uli was available to me throughout the entire process, answered all my questions and informed me of possible risks before the operation.
