About Energyflowfitness energyflowfitness is a personal training and pilates specialist. At the studio we can cater for 1-1,2-1 or 3-1 sessions, working on mat based pilates, or on equipment. There is a large selection of balanced body equipment at the studio including reformer,barrel, exo chair and half cadillac.
