Everything is superlative!!

It’s one of the few clinics I recommend in Bucharest due to Dr. Filis Demirgean. She’s a professional, her recommendations were very good and I come back for all the treatments I need. The staff is nice and the clinic has a nice design.

Each appointment is a moment of relaxation and appreciation for me. The experience in the salon helped me gain a lot of confidence in myself and I trust that I am in good hands for qualified services.

I followed a treatment during the year 2023 and I was very satisfied with the clinic and with Dr. Andreea Vasile. All staff behave in an exemplary manner and provide professional and quality service.

I am on my fourth session with one of the lasers recommended by one of the clinic doctors at the first counseling appointment based on the pictures and information given to me at the time. Initially, at the counseling session, the doctor recommended the diode laser to me based on the pictures shown of the body areas (armpit, groin, leg, areola hair being black), otherwise blonde (moustache, hands, thighs). Which is why this year I paid in full for a subscription with the diode laser recommended by their clinic. Given that I can financially afford any of these lasers or treatments, I went with their recommendation. Before I came to them, I waxed at the salon with natural wax. But, I decided to come from Craiova to Bucharest to do laser hair removal at this clinic because I saw that dermatologists do hair removal, not personal from beauty salons with a course and secondary education, without medical knowledge. Initially, in the first laser hair removal session, the Dr. was very careful to cover all areas of the body included in the package and I was very satisfied with the result JUST after the first session. THEN, the second waxing session was done superficially, quickly before we were done quickly...which was seen in the IMMEDIATE POOR RESULTS. The hair grew in 2 weeks and started to grow black in the areas with blonde hair as I was advised to shave with a razor if there was any black hair growing until the next waxing session. Also, before coming for epilation, you need to use the razor. At the third session, I asked the Dr. to insist more on the groin and the armpit, the leg because the summer months were coming (going to the indoor pool, etc.) and not to grow the hair quickly. The hair started to grow at 3 weeks, the same, black and thick and in the areas where it was blond (it is no longer blond, it has become black and thick). Today, at the fourth laser hair removal session, the same Dr. asks me why I chose the diode package, because it's cheaper? WELL I FOLLOWED THEIR RECOMMENDATION FROM THE COUNSELING MEETING. The only meeting that went well was the first (when they took the last installment of the subscription money). Then maximum superficiality and haste. Don't worry, I'm commuting from Craiova to you at the clinic. I paid everything that was due and after you have collected all the money from the subscription, you do the waxing in a hurry, and there are areas that are not covered properly, that you are in a hurry. Well, going back to the fourth epilation session, I wake up while the procedure was being done, that the doctor is requested to apply a facial treatment in another office in the clinic and leaves me on the bed, undressed, approx. 15-20 min. Then, the procedure continues on fast forward. In the inguinal area, the laser was used superficially. I showed them pictures of my hair growing more often and blacker now than when I came to them in the clinic (and this is probably because they tell me to go in between with the razor if I grow more hair until I make an appointment) . Also at the fourth epilation session, the doctor tells me to make an appointment every 8 weeks. When she takes me to the reception, the lady there tells me that the dr is only available in 4 weeks or after January 20 on Saturday. I requested to be scheduled with another doctor, on Saturday, when the 8 weeks are done, and the lady at the reception says that "I have a contract with the doctor" and it is not possible to see someone else. Here you go???? Are you kidding me? I have a contract with your clinic, I don't have a contract with any particular doctor! And from the beginning I communicated that I make a contract with your clinic if I can do the epilation ONLY on Saturday so that I can come from Craiova because I work during the week and the clinic assured me that yes because it has a schedule on Saturday. I am not satisfied with the superficiality with which the hair removal is done after the money has been collected from the client. I recommend that you do not pay in advance, but after each individual session, so that the doctors do their job well, knowing that they will take the money after they do their job well. I love this clinic and its team! Dr. Filis Demirgean is a super professional, extremely well trained and passionate about her work, with a splendid openness and attitude, and the team I interact with every time - nurses and the reception team - are, without exception, a delight for me, with great care for absolutely any need/request on my part.
