Very poor service. No one helped me on call or at the reception as I was speaking in English. Not friendly for foreigner. Even when I was using Google translate to book appointment for doctor they did not help me. Extremely bad service

He saved my mother's foot, which was crushed. The hospital had no idea for it. It was going to be an amputation. The doctor saved my leg. He prepared for a skin transplant. Last week I had upper eyelid correction at Dr. Tomasz Łuczak. The procedure took place in comfortable and stress-free conditions. I am very satisfied with the results of the procedure and the approach of the doctor, who is a great professional and artist in his profession.

The first visit went very well, but after arriving at my scheduled treatment date, I spent almost half an hour in the waiting room and the doctor didn't show up. Lack of respect for the patient... From the moment you enter you can feel the friendly atmosphere. After efficient and specific help with registration (I forgot to take the test results, so new printouts were made for me without any problems), I waited for a while in a very tasteful waiting room. The doctor saw me at the appointed time. He presented the possibilities and expected effects of the treatment in a clear and factual manner. During the conversation in which I bombarded him with questions, he was patient and provided me with professional answers to all my questions (including drawings when it was difficult for me to imagine the structure of the eye in the discussed fragment). Encouraged by the very positive opinion of my neighbor, I decided to make a check-up with an ophthalmologist in this clinic.
