Client/patient since 1999, since December 2020 I have not even been examined, and when I have been, in a very light way, despite having requested to be reviewed, nor since 1999 have I had x-rays performed with the aim of being reviewed to detect cavities, except on one occasion in 2017. I understand that, apart from the fact that my body generated them, it is possible that this has meant that in May I have had to go in with pain due to cavities, as it was not detected in advance, and that the intervention had to be more serious. In addition, I have found myself, this past summer, forced to seek care in other clinics where they have examined my entire mouth for longer and more thoroughly, detecting other cavities that they had not detected. With all this, I have had to withdraw my trust in them. and cancel my dental insurance, upon understanding that the preventive services such as check-ups, x-rays, etc... that appeared to me as free in the policy, were not being provided to me, or were being provided in an insufficient and inefficient manner with consequences. Obviously , I cannot know where the responsibility comes from, or the mitigating circumstances in its favor. On the other hand, the staff in terms of the technical aspect seems excellent to me, which is why I have been a client for so long, except for some changes in the staff and in protocols or criteria, I don't know if there is a general or personal level of some specialists, They have probably been greatly impoverished, I understand, in my case, the preventive and early detection work carried out by their predecessors, which has resulted in me having to stop going to this clinic. I hope that no patient/client has to stop going through situations similar to those I have experienced and that in the future they are basically happy as I was from 1999 to 2019 with everything and everyone in this clinic for the good of the patients and For the good of the staff, except for what has been mentioned that can be interpreted as negative, in my experience, as I have said, I find it excellent and to whom I can only wish the best satisfaction and that they coincide with those of their patients....
