No one even bothered to write or call that the surgery was being cancelled. I drove 100 km to Prague at 6 in the morning only to read on the door that the doctor's office is cancelled!!! Great!!!

The surgery was cancelled, without notifying the patients who traveled several hours to Prague. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the company management. Shame on you.

I was at Dr. Plache's extraction of eight teeth. I have to recommend speed and precision. Everything went well, nice staff and I can only recommend 🙂 …

The environment of the clinic is beautiful, no doubt about it! Dr. Antič is very nice and explained everything to me as a layman perfectly well. I was definitely not here the last time 🙂 …

Once great. Now the experience is completely worth it. Neither the doctor nor the nurse had access to the PC at the time of my visit, she only finds out the passwords when she has to perform the medical examination. He can't run an x-ray. Again, he doesn't even have approaches. I really wasn't expecting a joke. I definitely cannot recommend. Communication is very difficult due to lack of knowledge of the Czech language. 🙈... I had dental hygiene and I am extremely satisfied. I rate the approach and hygiene as 5*. I certainly haven't been here for the last time! :) Pleasant team, including the lady at the reception.

I had dental hygiene at the doctor's and I was not better for a long time. I will definitely contact you again. Nice approach, ordering according to my time options, and everything was nicely explained. I recommend and thank you very much for myself :)

I went to Dentpro for a long time, around 3-4 years, and from the first year to a year and a half I was very connected with the approach to clients and the quality of their work. This center did not cooperate with the insurance company. Later, however, the quality began to decline. The quality of dental care, the quality of dental hygiene and the quality of communication, everything goes down. It came to the point that the Dentpro employee offered me a cheaper treatment in black at the Dentpro Na Prikope premises, so that the money would go straight into his pocket and he would not have any official responsibility for the procedure. The staff at the MESIC reception could not email me the medical documentation (400 crowns per statement). When I reminded them, they arrogantly referred me to the fact that by law they have a 30-day grace period and that I send once a month and they won't send me anything until then. Clients are no longer a priority for this company. It fell to such a level that I had to write this review and give one star. I do not recommend.... (Show more)

After 15 years, the worst treatment in terms of dental hygiene. After a week, my teeth still hurt incredibly, it's a problem for sure and I'm not talking about other problems that have been bothering me since the last visit!! I will never visit this clinic again. I have never had any problems, but what the apparently inexperienced dental hygienist performed is unprecedented. She ruined my gums, teeth and positive attitude. And I'm not talking about the increased price, which they didn't inform about in advance. I have been visiting this clinic regularly for the last 10 years. My last experience with dental hygiene was the "last nail in the coffin". A young lady, apparently newly trained, like the previous ones, would have no business in this, at first impression, luxurious place. From the last visit, my teeth are destroyed (piece of tooth broken off, hypersensitive teeth and damaged and swollen gums - it has been going on for a week). I am very satisfied with the oven at Elite Dental, beautiful spaces, professional approach. I personally go to Dr. Ahmad Amin Abosaleh, he is very sensitive and precise. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. :-)

Quite a modern dental clinic, the equipment and approach correspond to it. But the prices are exaggerated, it's really better to look elsewhere in Prague.
