Very good experience. All staff were professional ad friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had electrolysis and was kept fully informed of all stages and aftecare.

They absolutely DO push you to have a treatment and if you choose not to, will still charge you £85 for a 5-min consultation. Aubrey on reception was giving advice that contradicted what the therapist Edwina was saying (i.e. it is very unlikely to cause scabbing; the therapist said it was quite common). AVOID, unless you're committed to paying £85 regardless of the outcome of your consultation.... (Show more)
