In this hospital you feel like you are at home, apart from the great facilities, the nurses and staff are tender, sensitive and caring.

Quiet, very personal hospital without crowds, you can feel comfortable, which helps your recovery progress. What needs to be improved and is antiquated is the tedious and time-consuming processing of everything, starting with patient forms and ending with care documentation, which is still exclusively handwritten in all respects.... You drive 3 hours to get ripped off. I have a cyst in my knee joint, which is extremely painful at times. My pain doctor prescribed lidocaine-based patches for me. She said that might help a little, which it did. When you spend nights walking around the house in pain, a little relief is a hell of a lot. All painkillers before this failed completely. At my last doctor's appointment I was with a black-haired man who apparently comes from the dwarven lands, where moral decency with feeling or empathy is back. He couldn't prescribe the plasters because they don't work for me. There was no alternative and when asked whether I should now buy drugs at the train station, he nodded in agreement. People who are so frustrated with life should not do any work that has to do with living beings. In these areas, fantasies of omnipotence are counterproductive. These are also the type of men who deny women any competence in medical decisions. If a doctor makes it clear to me that he is not interested in helping, that is really a sign of poverty and the best thing is that you have a few days later received a threatening letter from the doctor saying that he would like to take legal action if he received a negative review. I just hope everyone doesn't come across this doctor. I will never set foot in this house again. But now that I've been threatened, I thought I'd warn the rest of them, PS. Had my surgery there on April 27, 2023. The patient is treated very well and the colleagues are also very harmonious. I felt very comfortable and would like to come back here if I have another operation. Keep it up

Had shoulder surgery with Dr. Agneskirchner and I have to say, I was in the best hands. From the reception to the nurses to the doctors who treated us, everything was top notch. Very clean and well-equipped clinic. Gladly again (as long as I'm sick 😉)

For the second time in around 12 months, the same, very good overall impression: from reception to the operating room to the nursing staff including kitchen, cleaning and physiotherapy - without exception, every person works in a patient-friendly, friendly and helpful manner. There is obviously a good working atmosphere within the company. The very pleasant rooms also contribute to a feel-good atmosphere. The whole thing is rounded off with delicious food. A really great clinic. The clinic staff is really warm and helpful. Great care, whether before the operation or after the operation. You felt like you were in good hands.

I recently had to undergo a minor vein operation at this clinic. Doctors, nurses, carers and the anesthesia team were extremely friendly and very humane. I also tolerated the anesthesia extremely well, which unfortunately isn't always the case for me. Of course, a big thank you also goes to my doctor, Dr. Barnstorf. Despite all the praise, I still have a small suggestion for improvement. Before you go into the operating room, you are given socks as well as surgical clothing. These are quite slippery, so there is a certain risk of falling. This is particularly dangerous for back patients who have undergone surgery. Perhaps a model with ABS under the soles of the feet could be used here.... (Show more)
