Seamless experience from start to finish. I did the Vegan/Vegetarian Food Test to pinpoint problem foods. I've eliminated the foods that were indicated to be high and medium risk and can already notice an improvement. Great value for money!

I will definitely not recommend using easyDNA, the worst customer communication/service ever. We were notified by the labs that they've received our results. After waiting the advertised 6 weeks, and having received nothing neither heard anything, I tried contacting them. I sent numerous follow up emails, even tried calling the listed numbers, but to no avail. Finally I got an email saying sorry that it's live samples and we just have to wait. This is 9 weeks going on 10 and still we haven't heard anything. You would expect with something this delicate they would be a bit more responsive, but seems like this is again just about the money rather than actually providing a service.... (Show more)
This is not a South African company. When I realised it would take longer than expected to deliver the kit (it comes from London), I asked them for a refund. Six weeks later they “claim” they processed the refund and I should take it up with my bank. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their UK call centre that the money has not been reflected, they are not interested in resolving the issue. My bank has now escalated it to VISA as a dispute.... (Show more)

I ordered the gutwell test only to discover after the fact the the sample is sent overseas to Estonia for testing. Their website clearly states no extra charges but DHL cost me R900 and clearing fees in Estonia R530.00.

I did two tests and they came back with contradictory results I was told the following - lThese two tests are carried out by two different laboratories. Although the test is done both with hair, the methodology of each test might vary. Unfortunately we are not able to inquire with each lab as to why there might be a difference in the result as none would be able to discuss or compare results done by different testing facilities. - be very careful of this company as this calls into question the validity of their labs, tests and ethics . Fast and efficient. I collected the kit myself and I delivered it myself. The customer service is excellent. They literally chat with u and respond within minutes. Results came in a day earlier than expected
My daughter kind of looks like me but more resembles her mother. After finding EasyDNA online I decided to make online order of their paternity test kit. Settled the test invoice I realized I had payed R350 more for the courier services which in fact is covered in the test fee. Wow after just a few chat lines online with customer support I was told my refund was authorized. In just 5 days my account was credited; before the test results came out, better yet, just after 7 days after the returning the samples I was excited to see my DNA results in the mail box. Honestly my experience with their service and their very professional support to me as a client was already a source of bliss to me, before I even celebrated the test results. Terrible. I paid R2895 for the origins DNA test and waited 9 weeks only to be told that my DNA results failed. Correspondence was poor and I often had to send emails to find out what was happening. When I requested a refund, I was told to pay over R1000 for another test and that refunds were not possible. When using the online chat portal there was a level of unprofessionalism. When calling to request a refund, I was interrupted and not listened to. Terrible service, I do not recommend using easyDNA. UPDATE: I was refunded after quite a few emails and chats on the online portal. I was told to take down this review in order to receive my refund. I did not want to take down my review and so an agreement was made that I would edit or update my review once I received my refund. So here is the update. I still do not recommend using easyDNA as my experience was very unpleasant. If using easyDNA, you should save the online portal chat logs and emails in case you need to use it as "evidence" when an issue arises as I was told that what I had written was not true when in fact I had proof from the online chats that I had saved.... Smooth sailing process
I'm a satisfied customer of EasyDNA. I found their prices to be reasonable, ordering online process to be easy and straightforward, delivery of test results to be quite quick (they stuck to the set time period). You can even drop off your test samples once your done collecting DNA, at their office in Bryanston...and lastly, their customer service was excellent.
