About Durham Pilates Studios My Body Studios is a full service fitness studio specialising in pliates (both machine and floor work), Gyrotonic and Yoga. The centre offers classes conducted by highly trained and qualified instructors registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals. The studio offers exercise treatments specially designed to reduce pain in patients who suffer from debilitating pain such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, angina, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, sports injuries, hypertension and back and neck disorders or injuries.
