Wonderful experience from a reoccuring client. I go to the Vitality Clinic at least once per year as I trust the therapist with her passion, her knowledge and wisdom on the treatments she provides.

I initially booked in for 1 treatment but right away knew I needed the pack of 3. I had been struggling with low energy, brain fog, acne, a chronically bloated stomach/ food intolerances and feeling generally fatigued for months. Within the week of my first treatment, I felt more energy than I had in months, my skin is much much clearer and my digestion feels much more regulated/ bloating has gone down significantly. Frances is so knowledgeable and makes the whole process very comfortable, I am so glad I decided to come in and will definitely be making this part of my regular health regimen. I never attended this center but have to deal with harassment from the owner or an employee who keeps calling our number and pestering us.

***Since she changed her input from a year ago to 'this person never had a treatment with us...' thats right cause you cancel my appointmenton the spot as you were.incompetent enough to handel my concern. STOP HARRASING me. You call me or email me once again and I will report you!!!!.....STOP HARRASING ME!!! The review is for your behaviour not for a treatment....!!! ......Review from 2022: The most unprofessional and rude therapist I have had in such a long time!! We were ready to start the treatment but I had a concern followed by a question, she immediately goes into the defensive way because she was 'feeling uncomfortable with my concern' and decided to cancel my treatment on the spot. I had a concern as any other customer I guess she thought I would be quite and not 'bother' her but it's my right to raise any concerns as a customer. Then she cancels my appointment on the spot and I asked 'what about my deposit' and SHE SAYS 'I will refund your deposit even tho you wasted my time'!!! This is my favourite adress for the wellbeing in Ireland. The location is excellent, the place is relaxing, the staff is kindly and highly educated. The selection of machinery and products is impressive. I Highly recommend this place.
