They literally charged me €150 to tell me there's nothing they can do! I decided to go to laya cherrywood clinic for severe neck pain as they state access to mri, scan, xray etc They charged me €150 to tell me to attend A&E! I asked about scan they said sorry 4wk waiting list nothing they can do for me! And wrote me a referral letter to A&E! False advertising to suggest its an urgent care clinic for minor injury's with access to diagnostic testing mri, xray etc... (Show more)

Great service. X-ray done and follow up with doctor within 30 minutes.

It was closed due to the high volume they had earlier. No solutions were given. The lady over the intercom was useless and she had a bad attitude towards the situation.

Wonderful place to be if any minor illness or injury for children, very friendly staff members the doctors are child focus warm and caring. Many thanks to Dr Wasa Suliman, for taking an emergency to the next level. Thank you!

I had fairly good experience here. This is a great place for minor illness and injuries if you have Laya health insurance.

Second visit this year and on each visit I have received excellent treatment throughout. Can’t contact my doctor so having this - is a perfect alternative.

Rang to get appointment for injured right knee after a fall. "Sorry, we are walk in only and don't take appointments" Drive from Meath and arrive at the door at 9pm, only to be greeted by a member of staff saying "unless it's an absolute emergency, we have enough patients to keep us here till midnight" Why open till.10pm? This has been a very poor experience indeed. I have been a member of Laya for 8 years and this is my first time to visit this clinic. Not the staffs fault if they can't cope with the work load. Should be advertised as an "absolute emergency clinc" as opposed to a "minor injury clinic " Looking After You Always???? Time to part ways and I would advise others to shop around for a better service.... (Show more)

Went on a Sunday with my sick daughter. We saw the doctor, got a prescription, and went to the only open pharmacy. The antibiotics prescribed were out of stock, so the pharmacist called Laya a number of times to change the prescription. Waited over an hour at the pharmacy and then gave up and went back to change the prescription ourselves. The receptionist asked did we not try another pharmacy for the antibiotics! I explained that was the only 1 open, so she said we'd have to wait until the doctor was free. Eventually, I got a new prescription, but 2 other items from the original prescription weren't on it, so we had to wait again for the doctorto be free. It ended up taking over 5 hours to see the doctor, get the correct prescription, and get back home.... (Show more)

Had a fantastic experience in there care last night. As a Laya insurance customer. Called at 8pm. Girl on reception was first class and was worried about my parking. Went in and was examined by a nurse, she recommended a doctor see me, doctor came down and assessed me quickly was amazing. And over across the road to Ballybrack chemist by 9.50pm home again at 10.05. From start to finish brillant service. Thanks to each and everyone involved.... (Show more)

Dreadful experience with reception asking us what we are doing here, seriously and these people are qualified to make this assessment??

Very streamlined process, had sutures put in and had to come back for follow ups. Never had to wait more than 30/40 mins. Staff are friendly and professional, special thanks to Dr Amelia and Michelle!

Very dissatisfied. Lack of information provided and lack of knowledge was very clear. Sounded that some of the staff had no clue what they were talking about. Waste of money and waste of time. Felt like they were just trying to get rid of me as fast as they could considering it was coming up to closing time. Do not recommend... (Show more)
