Dr.Timothy Alexander - Broward Office

The worst plastic surgery I had very bad rhinoplasty surgery, the surgery eyes are different one is open and stick and the other one is little. After 3 years my forehead surgery is still painful and a lot of cuts scratches. I didn't recommend anyone. Dr Timothy Alexander is a terrible surgeon, he gave me three cosmetic surgeries with him and all three were bad, terrible and unsightly and he recommended that I do all three surgeries on the same day and the result was very bad. The cosmetic surgery on my nose has one nostril very closed and the other open and it touched my sinuses or paranasal sinuses, causing me breathing problems on one side of the very closed nostril. The eyelid surgery left one eye more open than the other and I constantly have to use special drops for dryness because the left eye is not completely open when sleeping and remains semi-open. And one eyebrow higher than the other. The forehead surgery left me with terrible scars on my head and forehead that I am still undergoing dermatological treatment that has only improved the scars but never well. And continuous headaches due to the scars left on my head. When I went to the post-op, Dr ALEXANDER never wanted to admit his mistakes and on top of that he was rude every time I went to the post-op, he doesn't recognize his mistakes as a professional and on top of that he is rude, petulant, arrogant. I hope you read my review and be absolutely careful with this Dr. It is not revenge for what he did to me, I simply want to warn innocent people to ignore and not go through the terrible results and regret like me that it was too late and I never bothered to read their recommendations, I was only guided by their advertisements. radio. I was in the emergency room many times after rhinoplasty surgery I arrived with nosebleeds, I am following medical treatment. My eyes are both totally different and I have never recovered from the terrible surgery. It leaves my head sensitive and I have to brush my hair very slowly because I feel terrible pain when I brush my hair, the scars hurt and I have been very traumatized by the horrible result. I would never recommend this gentleman because I can't really call him a doctor. Please take care of yourselves and do not fall for false advertisements and reviews from your friends who give you stars. Later I will show you the before and after. I got rhino surgery from Dr . Alexander . The first time we met , he was so nice and gassed my head up . I fell for it ! The second time we met I told him what i wanted , and he barely was listening and basically told me he was going to do it the way he wanted . I am not satisfied with my work , it doesn’t look like I had rhinoplasty at all !! Now I have to go back to him , if I want it corrected. If you’re considering Dr. Timothy Alexander as your surgeon I would definitely recommend him. Donna is the woman behind the scenes who will set everything up for you and just take care of anything for you. She is amazing and no matter how many times you bug her she is always happy to help, quick at responding, and just overall helpful. My experience with them was better than could have been expected. I had top surgery with Dr.Alexander on 12/17/2020 & I am 100% satisfied with my results and experience. He did a great job. Donna is awesome too, she is there for basically everything, goes over everything a million times to make sure you got it with no problem, and makes herself available to you anytime she can.... Dr Timothy Alexander is an exceptional surgeon, he goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are well taking care of and is satisfied,, I just can't say enough, my experience was great I flew all the way from new orleans to see him, he's a very talented doctor.. Spend your money elsewhere!! This doctor ruined my breasts I wish I would have done more research. He’s also rude and doesn’t believe he does anything wrong. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. I read all the reviews on this site and others some good some bad and I have to avoid letting the bad ones prejudice me. So I went for my consultation with Dr. Alexander. I prepared ahead of time, having been to many plastic surgeons, so I generated three pages worth of questions single spaced!! First off he is Australian and having been there I know the personality types and the way they speak. He is short to the point and pleasant. How perfectnis I wasn’t ignorant when I went in there and I asked a lot of questions including about some of the bad reviews and I got answers that I can certainly understand. As with any place you’re liable to get some people who don’t like things for good reasons or for really no reason at all. It’s only a consultation so far but I immediately felt his knowledge, his experience, and he was totally open to what I was looking for as well as to discussing any of the reviews that I had on my mind. Yes I would let him put me under and work on me and that of course is the hardest thing to do But it’s where the rubber meets the road. I was never rushed and had plenty of time even to sit afterwards take my time with the portfolios come up with new questions for when they came back. I found nothing frustrating about him at all even if I asked the same question a couple of times out of nervousness. He was polite smiling and responsive as well as his staff and Donna who put you immediately at ease. About the only thing if I have to find something to pick a fault well is that his portfolio has a lot of new entries that are not yet put nicely into the pages so that could use a little bit of dressing up but I will take a portfolio in havoc and awesome work over an awesome portfolio and work that is a havoc I have looked in other countries as well assuming I would automatically get more for my money and better quality of work overseas but this doctor just ruined that believe that I had. He will see me as soon as I figure out my budget In brief for a consultation, I’m going to give him an A+ and I have been to more than five plastic surgeons and written four more as well as having Skype interviews so I’m not an expert but I’m not stupid with this either. If you let negative comments dissuade you without even finding out for yourself then the injustice was done to you by yourself. My experience w/ Dr. Timothy Alexander has been remarkable. My journey began in May 2018 when I scheduled a consultation at the Ft Lauderdale location. I was referred to him by a friend and co-worker who had already undergone surgery w/ him. My personal situation was critical. I had silicone injected into my breasts back in 1999 and after about ten years they started turning hard and kept getting bigger. Around 2010, I began to notice both breasts appeared dark and bruised and the skin texture had changed. I spent years traveling nationwide seeking a cosmetic surgeon who could safetly remove the silicone injected into my breasts. Surgeon after surgeon considered my situation too high risk — and several surgeons simply just turned me away without even examining me. I had almost given up hope, yet still clung to prayer. My consultation w/ Dr. Timothy Alexander was intense, as I wasn’t really sure what to expect. He didn’t give me a quick, easy solution — nor did he feed my ego by telling me solutions that I wanted to hear. He took one look at my breasts and said two words that left me numb. “DOUBLE MESTECTOMY!” I left his office feeling apprehensive — but hopeful. He suggested removing all of the injected silicone from both breasts — letting my body heal for about 6 months — and then he would do breast augmentation with healthy FDA approved implants. I knew I had to make a decision soon — so I took a gamble on Dr. Alexander. I had both breasts removed in June 2018 — healed up very nicely — and ultimately got FDA approved breast implants in early March 2019! Dr. Alexander’s nurse of 18 years, Olga, remained in close contact with me throughout the entire 10 month procedure. Olga was always friendly, encouraging, and very informative regarding instructions (pre-op and post-op care) I LOVE MY NEW BREASTS ! I absolutely never thought that I would ever have pretty breasts again. Dr. Alexander exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having issues with bad silicone injections. Dr. Alexander is experienced w/ transgender patients who have been effected by underground silicone injections — and his consultation is free! For anyone who is living in fear as I lived for over ten years due to negative effects from black market silicone injections — do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation w/ Dr. Timothy Alexander. Please do your your research this guy Timothy Alexander is not a board certified doctor all the persons that gave him 5 star I guess his friends my wife came to do breast and nose in 2016 and he totally mass up he left breast tissue uneven side the nose was so ruin we paid $7000 in hop to upgread her lifestyle ,after year we made another mistake and we went to fix All his mistek all the scares never gone (after year) and he massup again and nothing is change its cost us $800 more to fixed it and he didnt fixed it he was so rude all the way (since he got his money and they inforce u to sign for no low suit against him )and impulsive this week my wife came after new plastice surgery in downtown Miami "Lexington plastic surgery" and they fix all waht this "Boucher" massup They was so professionall with no any problem explain all waht u want to know it cost me more 11k yes expensive but was worth every penny but as its says "what is cheap is end up expensive and what is expensive will be cheap" U GET WHAT U PAID" please do your research this guy Timothy Alexander is a BUTCHER WITH NO MERCY Be aware maybe he was good when he was yang but definitely he lost his touch j just read all the reviews most of the bad reviews on this guy are on the same champlains over and over its mean there true Somebody need the take this guy out of this business and maybe file a lawsuit against him I'm definitely be the 1st there I wish I can gave 0 star BOUCHER... I went to see Dr. Alexander 10 years ago to have my Breast Augmentation (age 40 .B-cup to a full-C small- D) and he did an excellent procedure. I just went In Friday 07/20/18 for a full tummy tuck (age 49). And I'm just amazed. The worst doctor I ever met, spoke to me disgusting and disrespectful. A bad surgeon did his nose and brest surgery and he screwed up both of them. I did a repeat operation for both of them and of course he did not correct anything. get away as far as possible From him

called to inquire as a new patient after meeting and speaking with a very happy client of his. However the rude and nasty Secretary or receptionist that picked up the phone turned me off strongly. I will take my business and cash elsewhere.

If you are FTM, DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Alexander will mess up your chest and leave breast tissue. I had double incision done and even with TWO revisions, breast tissue is STILL left over. Doesn't care about his patients. When I told him, before my revisions, where my concern was, he dismissed it and told me it would be taken cared of and it obviously was not. Please for your sake, find a better FTM surgeon even if the price is higher. Dr. Alexander doesn't have the slightest clue of what he's doing.... (Show more)

Breast lift & aug. - Initial cons. lasted less than 3 min w/no discussion. Consecutive post op visits lasted less than 1 min (we timed them). I developed a serious hematoma on R. breast which he didn't want to drain. He said body would absorb naturally. After arguing, he angrily agreed to drain after almost a month, poorly, using lipo cannula. He was so angry, the nurse had to calm him down. L. breast doesnt look right, R. breast dev. capsular contracture. I would report him to the board of surgeons if he were board certified. What a nightmare. Never trust a discounted surgeon!... I got a breast augmentation with Dr. Alexander and let me tell you, he is a rockstar w a scalpel. Im 24 hours Post-Op and the results are absolutely amazing! I have minimal discomfort and no pain at all. Dr. Alexander is not a car salesman, he will not kiss your butt in consultations, and quite personally I love his approach. He is a doctor, and a very skilled one at that. He will answer all your questions straight to the point, and most importantly he LISTENS to every word that you say.
