Bad experience.

Very good orthodontist. I have previously been to another orthodontist because of my open bite. There I was told that my case could not be treated with orthodontics alone - jaw surgery was a requirement. However, Mr. Muller assured me that it was also possible to correct my open bite without jaw surgery and this was absolutely successful! I am very happy with the result. Please stay away from here, I had my braces put here a few years ago... I wore it for 3 years and my positions were still not straight! Please go to another orthodontist! In addition, the orthodontist never looks at your teeth... it is always the assistants who are not made for this... so I probably do not get the desired result.... (Show more)

stay away! I ended up with a new orthodontist and suddenly noticed how terribly bad the quality of Muller and his assistants was. You hardly get to speak to the orthodontist himself here, glue blocks are poorly placed, causing them to constantly break off. They recently replaced parts of my splint, the replaced new blocks broke off immediately within a few months. With the new ortho it turns out that they had completely missed other glue blocks that were already loose and had not replaced them. This gave me a lot toothache for the past six months.. I had braces here and have had a splint for quite some time now. This splint breaks every year and I have to come back every year to replace part or all of it and so the costs only increase. Bad glue? I don't trust it anymore.

Dr. Muller is a very good specialist: knowledgeable, highly professional, gentle, with a nice sense of humor and a great & true care about patients.

Not very empathetic, does not listen and has done sloppy work. I'm glad I found another dentist. It was not possible to give no stars, hence 1 star.

Nameless, but believe me, they are very bad. Not informative and messed up my teeth. Not so straight with holes. Not the best.

Unkind and incompetent people, terrible practice. My daughter had braces here for two years and it didn't help anything. She is now seeing another orthodontist for new treatment. She gets a new brace, which we have to pay for ourselves (about € 2500). Thank you very much Mr. Muller!

Staff/Assistants/Secretaries were incompetent and unfriendly. Not a good way to run a successful business if you ask me. Would not recommend. Lassus Tandarts in comparison was a lot more helpful.

The lower jaw was finally good and at the last moment something changed again with a lot of pain in my mouth, causing my teeth to be crooked and painful again.

Good and fast treatment that I am extremely satisfied with. Clear consultation, friendly service, and perfect results!
