Unfortunately, they charged me €800 for the work done on the counter, not even talking about the pain I experienced in the weeks after I visited them, even though I "only" went to a dental clinic. I wrote my complaint in an e-mail, along with an invoice, which has not been sent to anything in the past two weeks, even though the website states a 1-year warranty. When I did not recommend them in a Facebook group, the owner threatened me in a private message, called me and sent voice messages, which I had to block. Instead of apologizing (they will correct the mistake in better places or return the operator's help), they threaten me with a reason because I described what a terrible job they did. I want to share a very positive report with everyone. I was already afraid to go to the consultation, so I chose one of DreamDent's new services, dentistry under anesthesia. I received an appointment within a short time, where everything happened exactly as agreed. Unfortunately, I had quite a few bad teeth, so the intervention took more than 4 hours. Here I would like to thank the anesthesiologist and the assistants for their kindness and attention, because of which the rest of the fear dissipates. I've been put to sleep several times, but I've never felt so good after waking up. No nausea or sickness. A few minutes of dizziness and as if nothing had happened. I would repeat it anytime if necessary. Since a total of 15 crowns had to be prepared, there were 2 more occasions where the frame test, the removal and gluing of the temporary crowns and the final fixation of the new, already completed zirconium crowns remained. During rehearsals, everything was done under anesthesia, it doesn't usually work for me, but what's here, believe me, is very good. My teeth were finally done yesterday. The Final Result simply speaks for itself. I can finally smile again. I wholeheartedly recommend the DremDent dental center to everyone. They do what they do very well. They tell you everything: what they do, why what they do is good, what you should do. It wasn't that expensive either. And everyone is very nice.

I have been waiting since December 14, 2021 (after X-ray, CT scan, dental screening, tartar removal (HUF 47,000)) for the clinic to make an appointment with its own oral surgeon to remove a wisdom tooth. That's why I went there on purpose. On January 27, 2022, after several phone calls, they have no idea what I'm waiting for and where we are in the process, only the fogging works and the download. Update: Much more than 5 stars. My teeth became beautiful, Dr. Pintér patiently answered all my questions (I had a few 😄) and explained why she was doing each treatment. I would gladly recommend it to everyone. The whole team is very nice and helpful, starting with the ladies at the reception. :) I was with Dr. Zsolt Nyári, he extracted two of my wisdom teeth. It's a very pleasant environment, I feel the attitude is very people-oriented, the prices are not bad either, especially if we take into account the demanding nature of the work performed. I can't really find anything to complain about. A special positive is that the clinic has its own parking lot.

They kept me waiting for 45 minutes, at least one phone call or SMS, but at least they should inform me on the spot that I can expect such a delay, because there is life even after dreamdent, I didn't plan to spend my whole day on them... then without any apology they paid me a rather expensive first consultation fee, during which we talked but did not really focus on the real problems, only when I asked about everything...no professionalism unfortunately....
