Dr Jessica Rodríguez Arrona
She is a dental surgeon who graduated from the Dental School at the Nacional Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon in 1990. In 1996 she obtained a Master’s Degree in Dental Sciences with a Specialization in Periodontics from the same university. She conducted scientific research in coordination with the Research Department of Indiana University. This research was published in the Journal of Periodontology. She has attended and presented at conferences in Mexico and in the United States. Since finishing her postgraduate degree she got a certification with high marks from the Mexican Council of Periodontics. Dr. Rodriguez keeps abreast in her profession by assisting at national and international conferences in her specialty. She is an active member of Colegio de Odontólogos de Matamoros, Asociación de Egresados del Posgrado de Periodoncia de la UANL, Colegio Dental Tamaulipeco, Asociación Dental Mexicana and American Academy of Periodontology.
Dra. Jessica knows her art and she knows it well. Her specialty is periodontics, and she occupies one floor in her clinic. She is experienced, friendly, explains procedures well, and is highly fluent in English. After care instructions could not possibly be more clear. Her staff, especially her head assistant, is thorough and responsive through WhatsApp. Every appointment I have had at her clinic has been a success. I suspect that the prices are higher for someone that comes from the US than for a local, but that is just the way dental work works at the border. The savings are absolutely still worth the 5 hour trip, compared to the outrageous prices I’d have to pay in Houston, TX with a specialist with a tenth of Dra. Jessica’s experience. He is not patient with children and does not allow parents to enter the treatment area with their children.
Dr. Jessica Rdz. She is an excellent dentist, she has personally performed crown lengthening on me, with very good results. Her personal and human treatment, as well as her dental knowledge, make her an excellent periodontist.
