An excellent surgeon. After a reverse shoulder replacement, I now have more movement in my right shoulder than I have had for decades, no pain at all after the operation and very little scarring, and it is still only four weeks post op. I’m now looking forward to a similar op for my left shoulder! Dr Kirkham is an attentive listener and a skilled surgeon, who shows care for his patients and their progressive healing. I am very glad he was recommended to me.
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Stuart Kirkham throughout my journey dealing with Kienbock's disease in my right wrist. Dr. Kirkham's expertise in the field is evident, and his friendly demeanor made the entire process more manageable. His explanations were clear and easy to understand. The surgery he performed was executed with precision, showcasing his skill. I am now on my way to full recovery and returning to work. I also want to commend his receptionist, Jan, for her friendly and efficient assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kirkham to anyone in need of orthopedic surgeries.... (Show more)
My husband was referred to Dr Kirkham after a thumb injury at work in which the GP and radiologist could not find the cause of his pain. Dr Kirkham took one look at the scans and saw the issue straight away. He advised surgery and now after 4 months he is back to pre injury activities again. Dr Kirkham is very approachable, friendly and fully explained all procedures. We also found Dr Kirkham’s secretary to also be very helpful and friendly which if you have ever been so a specialist will know how rare that is. We could not recommend Dr Kirkham highly enough. Thank you!... (Show more)
Too bad he is a deadbeat dad and owes over $500,000 in back child support
Had shoulder operations on both shoulders...complicated stuff.... but as usual, Dr. Kirkham explains the process, costs, and necessary details of rehabilitation and is more than.supportive and constructive to ensure recovery and mobility after the surgery. Decent, rational and practical specialist surgeon and a good bloke! Highly recommended.
Highly recommend.
Dr Kirkham has fixed a broken finger for my son twice over the years including one that required significant surgery. The way he looked after my son was amazing. He was great in the way he spoke to him, explaining everything and reassuring him. Treated him the way I imagine he would want his own kids treated. Very obvious that he wanted a perfect result and was proud of his work.... (Show more)
