Dr. Shipra's Physio Clinic

They are not experienced. Badly treated my wife. After treated 2weeks no benefit or relief at all .will recommend not to take treatment from them as they are not competent to take care.

A particular word of appreciation is Due to Dr Shipra for providing the virtual treatment to my fiance’s post COVID rehabilitation process. I wasn’t able to move my neck because of wrong sleeping posture and that led to an unbearable pain. I felt so helpless as I wasn’t able to move ,walk ,eat etc. I found the Alexa Clinic through Google search. Dr. Shipra gave me couple of therapies at first sitting and I again went in evening for second sitting. By evening it was incredible relief, even her colleagues were also very professional in there work. I really liked the therapies, decorum , professionalism maintained by all of the staff. I got referred to Dr. Shipra from my orthopedic doctor for treatment of slip disc, I had severe pain in low back and thigh region. Doctor suggested for Physiotherapy treatment for 20 sessions and recommended to visit Dr. Shipra in Newtown. I started the sessions and got great relief in pain from 3,4 th sessions. After around 15 sessions pain was completely gone. With few simple exercises she asked to continue, I am totally satisfied with her treatment and big thanks to orthopedic doctor for recommending.... I have been suffering from backpain since last two years.During that time,I took IFT sessions from Appolo clinic, ayurvedic massage from Sodhanam and popped several pills including vitamins and omega 3 but nothing made my pain go away.Being an active person who loved to trek,dance and do zumba,it was a major setback. I consulted Dr. Shipra for my shoulder dislocation recovery treatment. I consulted her for laser therapy as my pain was not reducing after about 6 months of recovery. Assessment experience: After doing the initial assessment, she was able to identify the pain points well and suggested the treatment accordingly. Treatment experience: ( Laser therapy) We decided to start with 8 sessions of laser therapy and I could feel a reduction in pain, right after two sessions. We eventually extended my sessions to 8 more as it was giving me amazing results. Along with the laser therapy, she suggested various exercises which helped me recover and reduce my pain to a great extend. I highly recommend Dr. Shipra and her team. I visited her for my condition Post Stroke, Hemiplegia, one side of my body was paralyzed completely and I was not able to move my leg and hand. I searched on internet for best physiotherapist for stroke rehabilitation, there I found Dr. Shipra Kumari, I read all her patients reviews and decided to get treatment from her. I live in Jamshedpur, I called her clinic Alexa Active Aging, they helped me finding accommodation as well in Kolkata. I started sessions two months back, hydrotherapy gave me excellent improvement, I felt like regaining my strength in water. Electrotherapy and prescribed exercises helped alot. I came on wheelchair now leaving that here, I left for by home back on my foot, that's a miraculous experience for me. She suggested follow-ups in two month and prescribed Home Exercises. I was under severe neck pain past four years... And we have undergone to so many physiotherpy treatment... But everywhere the same treatment... after 4 to 6 months again I should have to go for same treatment... But 2016 August I met Dr. Shipra... She gave me a treatment which is quite differ from others... Till now am perfect and free from neck pain... As per my job nature I use to work in laptop and use to travel daily around 150kms... Dr. Shipra is very caring & compassionate doctor, I visited her during acute lower back pain, which was radiating through my left leg, she suggested X-Ray & took some 6-7 preliminary sessions & approximately 75% pain was healed. She suggested 5 exercises (very basic & easy to do) & next 7-8 sessions had brought the pain to hardly 5% to previous stage. Since then regular exercise as suggested by her, is keeping it control. The first thing you will find with the doctor that she is very supportive & pays attention to your problem. She takes care of you very genuinely & adapts the treatment which is best suitable to your specific problem. Thank you doctor that you adjusted a lot of time for me (I was managing to visit her with office). Apart from this she comes in the category of very few doctors with golden heart (was fortunate to witness her altruistic extended help to a needy one). I had an excellent physiotherapy experience with Dr Kumari. I had a severe case of both lumbar and cervical slipped disc and could hardly move when I first went to her. she is a magic worker. She not only meticulously treated me with the necessary therapies which are advanced and very healing, but also advised me extensively on pain management, posture and encouraged me to heal without being overly dependent on painkillers. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate -- a great combination for both my medical and psychological well being. She is also hard working, sincere and punctual, and even treated me on her off day to help with my pain. I would highly recommend that everyone go to her for their problems. Shipra mam is excellent in treating and diagonising all types of injuries or conditions, giving great practical and easy to follow exercises to help recovery and prevention, i had back problems some 1 year back that was severely affecting me through pain and often times and inability to function normally. She is one of the most perceptive physios I’ve ever met. She identified my ailment quickly and helped ease my pain and its been 1 year that pain is completely eradicated. She was very professional and friendly from the start. She explained everything to me clearly and gave me exercises to do at home. The clinic is lovely and clean and welcoming. The receptions are very helpful and efficient. I have done physio elsewhere before and this was an improvement generally, also because I did not have to experience any excruciating pain to get well. I am writing this review a bit late, but though I should write.I was having severe pain in my lower back and was on medication for more than a month. It did not work and than I searched for the Physiotherapist. Needless to say, Dr. Shipra is a devoted professional and cares for the patient.
