I would like to thank Dr.Shailaja for the efficient, careful and comfortable extraction of 3 teeth in one sitting. We were impressed by her professionalism and exprtrize and skill. She is committed , sincere and patient centric. She devotes enough time, is very patient and answers all our queries and cleared all doubts that we had. All through she kept checking “are you comfortable?” There was hardly any waiting time. Appointment times were strictly adhered to. Did not leave anything to chance and scrupulously followed up pre and post procedure protocols. What an amazing group of ladies! I had a great experience with Dr Shailaja Prasad and her team. Her staff were incredibly friendly greeting you as you walk into her clinic. Going in for any dental work can be a nerve-wracking experience. However, Dr. Prasad and her team were friendly and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. They were gentle with me while looking in my mouth. She is very knowledgeable! and explains everything to you in understandable terms. It is a tiny dental clinic which I visited because of google reviews and a referral from a friend. I first did a consultation which cost 650 but what the doc did was merely take some pictures and said I need a cleaning by showing a few of the clicked pictures. Since my friend had a good experience, I decided to go with the non-touch water and powdered based cleaning which was costly at 4000. Was told that it would take around 1hour. However, the cleaning was done in 30mins with zero aftercare advice from the doctor. I realized that my lips were all peeled off, I asked the staff to see the doctor. I was given a pinch of Vaseline and told it’s gonna be fine. After cleaning, the doc showed some pictures but it was not the same pictures. The doctor should have showed Before and After pictures. When asked, she said the cleaning might be good for 6 months to a year. Believe it or not, I had mouth sore for more than 24 hours. I cannot eat properly. I don’t know if it is because of the powder in the cleaning, cleaning technique or something else. But I did not had a good experience and I felt it is important to share here.... (Show more)

I have been to Dr. Shailaja Prasad's dental clinic recently for a root canal, teeth cleanup and a tooth filling. I had heard that root canal procedures can be extremely long and painful. Surprisingly, though the procedure took two long sittings, I was barely uncomfortable during the whole process. She continously ensured that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Shailaja is an extremely skilled dentist, seems to have a lot of experience and is clear in communicating the treatment needed. All covid protocols were strictly followed here. I have been going to Dr Shailaja for all of my dental checkup’s and issues for the last 8 years. My experience with her has been fantastic. She is excellent at what she does. Her priority has always been to make the patient (me) comfortable and suffer the least pain possible. I can ask for emergency advice over phone too and she’s ready with solutions that work.
