Today was my first time in practice. The medical assistants are super friendly. Then the dentist came and I immediately liked his manner. As an anxious patient, more of a panic patient, my heart was racing, which subsided during the course of the conversation. He explained everything to me very well and also took away my great fear of the upcoming treatment. I've had 5 dentists over the years, but none have been as compassionate. Well, I went to the practice for the first time today and was immediately impressed. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Dr. Schlotter is simply a force. Everything explained very well. To be honest, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Extremely personable, funny and above all the most professional I have ever been to, absolutely recommended.

Finally a dentist who really responds to the feelings of an anxious patient. Every step was explained to me and all of my fears and concerns were addressed very well. The entire team is also just super empathetic and I think I have finally found a dentist that I can now go to regularly.

First of all, I have to say that I have had a real odyssey with dentists and oral surgeons, and it was really unpleasant. Since then, I've been panicking when I smell the typical practice smell... I have been receiving treatment in this practice for about 4 weeks now. It's all very modern and hi-tech. But what makes the biggest difference for me is the staff. The doctor has a friendly, relaxed manner, but still appears very professional. But the dental assistant is the best. I have never felt so safe and at ease with a dentist before. Maybe I'm a wimp, but the emotional support makes it much easier for me to trust. And I can do that there. That's why I'll continue to go there, and I can only tell anyone who has trust issues with dentists, or is just afraid, that this is the right place for you.... (Show more)

A really great initial consultation! My anxiety disorder was fully addressed and I was explained in detail about all the steps. I was encouraged to ask questions and it was explained to me that I had the option to take a break or stop the treatment at any time. The waiting area is small but still very comfortable, which to me suggests that you won't be processed there. In addition, everything is very clean and everything is meticulously kept in order. I can highly recommend this dental practice because the employees are very empathetic and they pay a lot of attention to your own person and needs.... (Show more)

Hello, I had my teeth cleaned today. I was greeted very friendly at reception. The PZR was carried out very professionally and my teeth were perfectly cleaned and beautiful. I am very satisfied and would like to come back.

The treatment is provided at the highest level by all employees: inside. I feel very comfortable there and enough time is taken! Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere in the practice is also very pleasant! Only recommended!

A really great and balanced team, with great doctors. I always feel in good hands there. Mr. Schlotter always takes a lot of time and sometimes has a joke or two on his lips. 5/5 Great practice
