Hello, I called looking for a dermatologist for my 6 year old granddaughter who has serious skin problems on her hands. After telling me that this doctor only did aesthetics, I wanted to know if she could direct me to a fellow dermatologist, the secretary then got a little annoyed and her tone completely changed as she indicated to me that the doctor did not guide. I pointed out to her that she could remain friendly which earned me a contemptuous hang-up "yes that's it, have a good day Madam". Very surprised by the bad reviews I did acid injection, Botox and IPL laser with the doctor, she is very gentle and reassuring, her assistant is also adorable!

People who post negative reviews just because the expected response doesn't go their way is unbearable.

Hello, I just called to have an appointment for my 86 year old dad who has a skin disease and I just got upset by a person who responded in a very unsympathetic and contemptuous way to look elsewhere... I am quite revolted by this telephone reception!

Telephone reception by a nervous and expeditious secretary who doesn't even know that Dr. Grolleau is also called Rochiciolli. That says it all! This in no way calls into question the professional qualities of the doctor. But the reception remains to be reviewed in terms of affability and amenity.

Dr. Grolleau listens to you but his explanations are quite brief and quick, an estimate done in a hurry.

Two calls to try to get an appointment. Each time, the secretary gives me a single slot in two months: it will be this date and this time, or nothing. The tone used is also quite uninviting. We almost have the impression that we are disturbing them by trying to get an appointment.

My opinion in no way concerns the services of Dr Grolleau but my feelings towards the secretariat. I call for information on laser treatments and ask what consultation days might be for a preliminary quote, the secretary immediately gets annoyed and replies in a dismissive tone that she can't tell me, that it depends of my problem etc. I try to clarify my request in all kindness, she gets annoyed again. Maybe she was overwhelmed, preoccupied... and at the same time, I like when there is listening, consideration and a minimum of gentleness in the exchanges. A laser treatment is not trivial for me (I commit money and part of my physical integrity), I need confidence in the establishment to which I turn and this first contact does not allow me I don't feel this confidence at all, so I move on.... My daughter has been consulting Doctor Grolleau for 2 years and beyond her professionalism, she is friendly and attentive, just like her assistant. I highly recommend it.

I made an appointment for a quote for laser sessions. The Doctor brought me into his office, I was not offered to sit down...I left after 5 minutes with a whole pile of sheets with the prices and after having paid 30€ not taken in charge... In addition, the Dr also suggested that I do injections because, I quote "your mouth is too small..." in short... It’s absolutely the scam of the century!
