Dr Nick Kairinos was the plastic surgeon on call the night I sustained 14% partial-full thickness burns from a fire accident at 18 years old. I always felt as though I was in safe hands and under top class care with the utmost professionalism - always taking the time to patiently, and confidently explain everything to myself and my parents. 10.5 years later, my beautiful skin grafts are almost unnoticeable to the untrained eye and a testament to his work. Dr Nick is a brilliant doctor. I had a cyst that needed to be removed that was previously botched twice by another plastic surgeon. Dr Nick understood the problem from the get-go and instantly made me feel comfortable. Dr Nick explained the process in detail with both the removal of the cyst and the plastics involved. Every step of the process was carefully thought out in detail and clearly communicated to me. The surgery was done under local anesthetic. During the surgery Nick explained everything that was being done in detail. The results are amazing and one can barely see the scar where Nick cut. In addition to Dr Nick’s brilliant surgical skills, his bedside manor is phenomenal. Dr Nick was always easily contactable via WhatsApp and was always there to answer questions and concerns. I had skin removal surgeries after massive weight loss and I highly recommend Dr Kairinos. I live in the United States and from the time I booked him as my surgeon he checked in with me weekly and then after I arrived in Cape Town he spoke with me daily until surgery and has continued to check on me regularly even 7 months later! Dr. Kairinos is an amazing surgeon he went above and beyond what I could have ever expected my results after losing all the weight is absolutely incredible!! I felt safe and never had any problems! The most informative doctor in plastic surgery. He doesn't do it for any other reason than his clients happiness and I was truly happy with my results. His work is amazing.
