Seriously everything was perfect. From the beautiful office to the above and beyond staff. I literally felt like I was having brunch with the girls during my Botox injections. The medical staff (the doctor and his assistant) provided a great experience: they have great bedside manner and got the job done. The office receives two stars because of the overall operation / experience: the place is poorly run. The doctor's teenage son is walking around the office bragging about his big night partying and is generally obnoxious and spoiled. The front-of-office staff openly despise his antics behind his back. The accounting and overall management team cannot get an invoice or super bill out to save their life: when they realize that they have not responded to multiple inquiries in over a month, they call are threaten collections. Best experience!The famous Dr. Nathan Newman is very knowledgeable in all things beauty... A true expert known for his stem cell face lifts in Beverly Hills! I had a big dark brown spot on the center of my forehead and under my eyes. Turns out I had melasma pigmentation and Dr. Newman and staff were able to do a series of treatments to get rid of it. I got Newman Peels which are made in his private laboratory and Vbeam laser treatments and his stem cell serum. My skin looks so clear smooth and bright :) I also had botox and filler done with one of his master injectors Nualla, she has got to be one of the best injectors in all of Los Angeles. I had to undergo a meniscectomy surgery done by a reputable orthopedic surgeon two years ago and have been walking with excruciating knee pain ever since.
