We absolutely loved Dr Yoong! We started seeing Dr Yoong the moment we found out we were having twins & he was also recommended to us by a close friend. Dr Yoong managed our pregnancy so well, seeing him on a fortnightly basis. When things got difficult and my health declined, Dr Yoong was literally all over everything… he was available on email/text, as well as having the nurses & midwives call him at all hours of the day, while I was in prenatal care. I had a c-section and my GP commented on the fact that she’d never seen a scar that was pretty much invisible. One thing I loved about Dr Yoong was that he was always calm… I was a stress head throughout my pregnancy and it was amazing to see that he was able to keep me level headed throughout the entire pregnancy… and even in the operating room. My girls were taken straight to NICU… I will never forget being so worried about them & seeing Dr Yoong appear in the recovery section to tell me he’s gone to check on them & that they were fine & safe with my husband. I had a great experience with Dr. Yoong. He made me feel very comfortable the entire consultation and was happy to answer any questions I asked. He was thorough and always explained what he doing during the examination. I would be recommending him to my family and friends

Dr Yoong is extremely professional and has a great sense of humour, this combination made appointments very enjoyable and each time I knew my pregnancy care was in good hands. His calm, relaxed and approachable nature really helped both my husband and I to navigate our first pregnancy and the birth of our daughter. Charged the money, but didn't do much. And he was late when my baby was due. Midwife did most of the work.

Dr Yoong is a wonderful obstetrician and he managed our second pregnancy with dedication and great care. He provided continued guidance and reassurance, while taking away our concerns and fears giving birth in the midst of a pandemic during Sydney’s latest lockdowns. Eileen, Dr Yoongs secretary, is equally dedicated and always friendly and responsive, so if you are looking for an obstetrician give her a call to meet Dr Yoong. Dr Yoong is definitely an amazing OB. He's knowledgable, caring and got sense of humour which helped a lot when we visited him each time (As new mum and dad, we were so nervous especially this is our first baby). Really good doctor. Knowledgeable and a good surgeon. My recovery was so good and fast and my scar minimal, all my family was impressed. Respects patient's wishes and tries to make it happen. Friendly, informative and straight to the point.

Absolutely fantastic! I’m 21 weeks with baby no2. I had an extremely traumatic first pregnancy in the public system so decided to go private with Dr Yoong the second.
