I put one star because you can't put less. Owner of the unpresentable clinic which conveys a bad work environment and very little professionalism. If you live in the surrounding area and are looking for an aesthetic clinic, this is not an option.

Very bad experience. I came to reduce cellulite. Dr. Merce assured me of improvement after 8 sessions. When I was on my sixth session, I decided to extend the sessions myself because I didn't notice any improvements. After 13 sessions, I decided not to continue for several reasons: 1. My skin was identical on the first day 2. I had spent almost a thousand euros 3. The carboxytherapy sessions were very painful 4. I got very big bruises. Coming to occupy half of the gluteus. It was practically summer. They could have warned me in case I preferred not to. 5. I didn't like that they sold me a cream for 40 euros with the argument that if I didn't use it, the treatment would have no effect. Do you spend more than a thousand euros on a treatment and it only works if you apply cream? 6. The doctor's treatment. He is friendly, but does not get involved with the customer. I never knew how many sessions I had, or if it was working for me. My file was never looked at, not even my name. I had to remind him on several occasions to also treat my buttocks, in addition to my legs. He always seemed to be in a hurry and the sessions lasted less than 5 minutes. I emphasize that my bad experience is with this treatment. Maybe the others are good, since they had always spoken very well to me about the clinic. Story of a terrible dermatological visit. They served me 30 minutes late, being the first hour of the afternoon. I came because of a spot on my face that had appeared. While he was looking at the spot I told him that I had a plaque on my scalp. He told me: wait for the dermatologist to take a look at you! She desapears... The dermatologist comes, treats me standing up in 5 minutes, tells me to put a liquid on me, writes it on a piece of paper and goodbye! To all this, Dr. It takes another 15 minutes to come back and he tells me: we were going for the stains, right? Yes of course... When I go to reception, they give me a quote (same laser, same spot €30 more expensive than two years ago) and the short visit to the dermatologist is €80! I tell the receptionist that it seems terrible to me to charge €80 for a 5-minute visit, without a proper clinical analysis. That for me was not a visit.
