I have been a patient of Dr. for years. Stiehler and I always feel in very good hands there. A full waiting room doesn't exactly speak against a doctor...

Today was the first time at this dermatologist - called a week in advance and got an appointment for late afternoon because someone had canceled. Waiting time about 10 minutes. Examination for about 5 minutes with listening, making jokes, looking, giving advice. Was really cool and sweet and understanding. Immediately afterwards everything was lasered away for a small amount. Overall, everything was done within 40 minutes. No stitches, just anesthesia and plaster. Sisters are super nice, everyone takes time for you and answers questions and gives advice. Simply class. Not said lightly with today's doctors, but I'd be happy to go there again. I'm taking today's check-up appointment as an opportunity to post a review here. We and the whole family have been seeing Dr. for years. Stieler in treatment. We are completely satisfied and feel very well looked after and always well advised. After his 2 small procedures, our son (10 years old) said that he was happy that everything went well with Dr. Stieler. Despite the high volume of patients, he always remains calm. I can't understand the bad reviews here. I have been a patient of Dr. for years. Stieler and have already had several operations. I only had to wait longer than half an hour once because there was an emergency patient in the practice, which is understandable. So it's not possible how you're treated. We said that when my son goes out in the sun he gets a rash and he didn't listen to us at all. We said he should listen to us before he does anything but he didn't want to listen.

Unfortunately, it is difficult or impossible to reach us by phone. If you don't have many questions and you like it undressed on the Dr. Wait, then I would say it's fine.

The practice of Dr. I can only warmly recommend Stieler. All the employees and the boss are super friendly - when you visit the practice you immediately get the feeling that there is a good overall atmosphere and a great atmosphere there. This rubs off on the patients and they feel like they are in good hands. I had an appointment for an outpatient procedure in the morning, which was completed more than punctually and without any significant waiting time. I personally cannot confirm reviews like “mass processing”. The doctor simply does his work quickly - anyone expecting a coffee party here will probably be disappointed. But if you go to the doctor because you want good treatment, Dr. Stieler exactly what matters. A coffee machine without a ringtone is definitely used as a telephone here. So to reach someone here I would be quicker with a message in a bottle, carrier pigeon or Morse code than on the phone. I have the feeling that no one here takes their job seriously anymore. Please take care of it!

Unfortunately, the practice cannot be reached by phone. Every time I've had to wait at least an hour (despite an appointment) until I'm called. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I also have the impression that a lot of attention is paid to where you can still earn money from the patient. I recently went to this practice and am very satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was competent and helped me with my concerns. The organization was good and they even arranged outpatient surgery for me straight away. I definitely recommend this practice!

We have also been with Dr. for several years. Stieler and absolutely satisfied. He has always been able to help us. My children are absolutely thrilled. Also a shout out to the girls who run the place. Despite the high volume of patients, everyone always remains very nice and patient. Doctor is always up for a bit of fun, so you're happy to take advantage of the 45 minute waiting time. That was the longest we waited.... (Show more)

You could only get an appointment for acute symptoms if you had a mole screening done at the same time for just under €90 and that was simply a rip-off and taking advantage of the emergency. “Otherwise I won’t get you on the calendar”?! - That was one of the overtones from the phone call, even though there was also a referral from the family doctor.... He saved my life. Black skin cancer was correctly diagnosed and immediately admitted to hospital. That says it all.

After years of treatment with “specialists” in Paderborn and Gütersloh without any visible results, I went to Dr. Jameda. Stieler pushed. The diagnosis was made within a minute and the therapy started showing results within 2 days and after a week I was completely cured. For years I was ashamed of the noticeable rash on my left hand. If I had Dr. Stieler just visited earlier. In addition, communication takes place at eye level, is human and very pleasant. The practice team is also super friendly. When I read that patients “complain” about long waiting times, I have to ask myself whether they have already seen other (specialist) doctors. What counts for me is the treatment and the success of the treatment. Waiting for a short time is of no use to me if the desired result does not materialize.... (Show more)

Never go to Dr. again Stieler. He didn't take me seriously at all. He just took a quick look at my rash and prescribed me tablets and cortisone ointment. After that everything got much worse. After 1 week I was with him again. Then he just said, finish taking the tablets and gave me another bottle of ointment. Thanks Dr. Stieler for nothing. I've had this for 1.5 months now. Another doctor immediately referred me to the dermatology clinic and was shocked that nothing had really been done. According to Dr. I went swimming in the freshwater lake and caught something.
