It was a lovely experience, felt very at ease and the standard of service was extremely excellent. If you have any skin needs and live locally to South London, I’d highly recommend! The process was quick and the results are great.

Dr Mayoni is very professional you feel you can totally rely on her judgement for a great result . I have used this clinic for a while and have been very pleased with the results.

Polynucleotides were needed to plumb out my skin where it had become lined and a bit saggy. Dr Mayoni was excellent, she was very thorough in explaining what she was going to do during the procedure and was very gentle and reasuring when carrying out the treatment. Dr Mayoni gave detailed aftercare instructions and has checked up on me since. I am looking forward to seeing her again for my next treatment. I cannot recommend Dr Mayoni highly enough, i recently had a lesion on my eyelid and underarm removed very efficiently and gently, during this process she noticed and advised me to check out a suspicious mole which is in fact a melanoma- currently being treated. Dr Mayoni and her team are absolutely wonderful! I needed to be seen quickly as I was going on holiday. I had made an appointment and had been seen and reassured about my issue in half a day. I cannot thank them all enough.

I had a non surgical lift which used dermal fillers. The filler was placed unevenly under my eyes but when I went back I was told I’d have to pay £100s for more filler to even the areas up! The service and attitude of the owner was really disappointing and on reflection I felt short changed as it was too expensive for what it was. I then went to a dermatologist to correct it and she commented that she could tell it hadn’t been done by a dermatology doctor who really understood the face.... (Show more)

I booked myself to get the IS Clinical: Active Deep Cleanse Facial and it was amazing! My skin feels great and I really enjoyed the experience. Definitely coming back!

It’s always a wonderful treat to go to the Clinic by Dr Mayoni, she’s a genius and always knows what my skin needs are. I’ve been having facial treatments with Dr Mayoni for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else, my last treatment was the Ultracel which is a deep needling treatment and Silvia was fantastic doing my it which can be painful at times and she was gentle with the machine. A month later I couldn’t be happier, I’ve never had so many compliments about how youthful my skin looks and that’s very nice to hear when you’re forty something. I recently saw Silivia for a waxing appointment. She was professional and friendly with great attention to detail. The whole experience was really positive! Kimberly at the front desk is always so lovely and welcoming, and the business seems to have adapted well in these strange times. The whole clinic felt very clean and hygienic, and every measure was taken to ensure that I felt comfortable (masks where worn, hand sanitiser was available at the front desk). I never thought I'd look forward to my next waxing appointment, but I'd feel very happy going back to Dr Mayoni's clinic :)... (Show more)

Really happy with the service from this clinic when getting a COVID-19 test. Really efficient and prompt as well as superb follow up.

Really disappointed, particularly as a returning customer. I decided to treat myself to an (expensive) treatment after a tough few weeks and being made redundant. When I returned to The Clinic for my ‘check up', I was unhappy with the results of the treatment but confident of a remedy (particularly based on past experiences with Mayoni and having spent a lot of money here). It has always been my experience as a customer in an establishment such as this that if you are not happy with the results, given the cost of the treatments, adjustments are willingly made. Story short, I was told that to improve the results, I would have to pay again for the treatment. So essentially two treatments for the outcome I expected (note also that I had had this treatment before with much more successful results and so do not feel that my expectations were unreasonable). I was also told that “life is very stressful at the moment and it unfortunately shows on your face”. Suffice to say, still unhappy with my results, over £350 down, and will not be returning. Unfortunately this is not a cheap place to go and quite fairly I expected better more and cannot afford to be ‘treated’ like this when I am spending my money to feel better and not worse about myself.... My experience was that they were heavily trying to sell. Also the treatment I had was expensive and average. Finally didn't honour a voucher from previous owner, even though they have previously agreed to it. Falsely claimed that I had already used it, even though on that day I had spent a significant amount. Very short term view from a customer who would have been regular. Appears to focus on profits only. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER IS FACTUALLY INCORRECT AND MISLEADING. The reason that I wrote the review in the first place was because they lied about what actually happened (i.e. that I did in fact have a treatment). The vast majority of my reviews for other companies are generally positive - but this was a uniquely bad experience.... (Show more)

Always a first class experience with Dr Mayoni. I’ve been seeing her for a number of years now for skin care and her advice and expertise is Harley Street quality without the hassle of going into town. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
