Hello, I am 7 weeks out from my abdominoplasty and extremely happy. I am amazed by the results in such a short time. I am completely satisfied! I had 5 children and left with hanging skin...it had to go! Dr. Pena is a excellent surgeon so I was not nervous going in; only excited. Each passing day the results get better and better. I don’t even know where to start with the amazing experience I have had so far with Doctor Peña and his staff. Every single person in that office is beyond professional, kind and caring. I just recently underwent breast reduction surgery and the entire process was so smooth. Doctor Peña is not only a perfectionist at his craft, but he really cares about his patients. In such a short time, he has truly treated me better than any other doctor I have ever interacted with and shows that he doesn’t just see you as a patient, but genuinely cares about you as a person too. From the consultation to the surgery and recovery, he explained the entire process in detail and answered every single question I had with confidence. Rosa, his nurse, is the BEST! She was so professional and supportive before and after surgery. Without all of them and their positive, happy energy, the experience would not have been the same. I am in the process of healing now and the surgery went great. My breasts look absolutely perfect and Doctor Peña did exactly what I asked of him and more! I went in two months ago to have my under eye areas filled and to reduce the dimpling on my chin. I managed to get a refund for the under-eye Restylane treatment since, due to over-correction, I was left after four weeks with unsightly and uneven lumps, which only now are beginning to resolve (two months later). Dr. Pena offered to inject with a product to dissolve the Restylane, but by that point I had lost confidence in his technique. I was left with bad bruising at the original injection sites (my gp does collagen and Botox injections with minimal to zero bruising, but does not do under-eye and chin, probably for good reason). The Botox Dr. Pena injected for the chin was another (though so far lesser) nightmare. After a month, if I pressed on my chin, it would curl up in an involuntary cramp, lasting a minute or two. Two months later, there is a sporadic hardening of the muscles around the treated areas, especially on the right side of the chin where more Botox was injected, leaving a large visible sore bump. Research I conducted online suggests this may be due to unbalanced correction and the active muscles overcompensating for the paralyzed ones. Dr. Pena may well be a competent plastic surgeon (with a scalpel), I don't know, but the filler and Botox treatments I underwent were rushed and undocumented (pre-procedure photos but no charts or note-taking, that I could see), and I regret the day I ever walked into his surgery. I had a great experience here. Dr Peña can do his job with eyes closed, has a great experience, very professional and gentle. The recovery process takes time but I was more concern about the procedure and surgery day was like a spa day, super good atmosphere the nurses were amazing, Rosa who also does speak Spanish so kind and helpful, same the rest of the team, they happily did their job without stress and super good results. Dr. Pena and his team are the best! I went in looking to make some improvements to my neck, jawline and lift of my breasts. I had never had plastic surgery before and appreciated the time and thorough explanations Dr. Pena provided. He showed me my options, listened to my concerns and helped me decide on an approach to tackle both my neck and breast issues! Dr. Pena agreed to do both surgeries at the same time which was a huge plus! Recovery went very well and 7 weeks out now and I am more than thrilled with my results! Dr Pena and his staff are amazing! I am actually writing this for my mother who is not that computer savvy :-) Dr. Peña has done a couple of surgeries on my mom and the last one is beyond amazing ! Dr. Pena is a great guy and takes his time discussing treatment options. His nursing staff is equally friendly and welcoming. The girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude problem and reflects poorly on the establishment. Fortunately, the rest of the staff makes up for her poor demeanor.

Dr. Pena for many years has been know for TRUST! He tells it like it is, he explains in detail with artistic drawings what he can and cannot do, and then he magically does it! I love his family approach and his humble attitude. Dr. Pena is an extremely talented man with a big heart and a goal of giving back to the Naples community. I can think of no better combination!
