My experience at Luísa Magalhães Ramos – Cirurgia Plástica was beyond a disaster and was nothing more than a mere appointment with her. Scheduled for December 6, 2023, my appointment ended, without having started so soon, with the call received 4 minutes before the scheduled time, when I was looking for a place to park the car, informing me that due to a long delay in Dr. Luísa Magalhães Ramos's appointments, mine would be ineffective... In 37 years I have never seen such a lack of respect towards a customer. My Lords, a service provider, like every type of business, does not exist without a customer on the other side. And to have a client, it is not enough to advertise yourself as a reputable provider, it is essential to be one. Clearly, we are dealing with a provider with serious management failures, which is reflected in its service provision. For me personally, this is a warning sign that is too big and enough to not want to reschedule for any type of service they have to offer, even if this consultation were free. I noticed that there are several comments from other people complaining that their comments have been removed in some way, so I warn you now that I will make sure to repost my comment again if it is removed and Each time I do so I will include information on how many times it was removed and on what dates it was previously published. From now on I want to save you time and effort in responding to how much you regret this situation as I assure you that you do not regret anything. You have to have no qualms about canceling an appointment 4 minutes before the time and with the customer at the door. I would be ashamed to be part of an organization with such a lack of professional ethics. In a situation like this, the least you could do would be to give your face/voice, but as I believe there is no such capacity, because whoever has the luxury of treating a client in this way also does not understand the mistakes they make and the responsibility what this entails, it also seems to me that this is the perfectly recurring practice of this doctor and this clinic and therefore do not count on me as your client. TERRIBLE experience In addition to her ARROGANT and super ANTIPATHIC tone, this doctor did not give me any confidence. After 10 minutes of consultation, I already wanted to get out of there. I went there for a rhinoplasty consultation. It was thanks to her that I decided to do it at 🇧🇷 and I don't regret anything. PS- The reception employee wanted to schedule (IMPOSE) the surgery appointment anyway, becoming invasive and rude. - Then below she replied that there are no comments like mine and there IS, you just have to read the reviews. As far as I know, there were no cases in the pandemic in which the virus made a person unfriendly and arrogant, I think that comes from each person, right? - there was an invasion of privacy when paying for the consultation, at reception. I am currently recovering at the clinic, where I underwent a Mastopexy without prosthetics carried out by Dr Mariana Martins and her team, who are excellent and very professional. Dr Mariana is very willing and very sweet. I had augmentation maxtoplasty twice, the first one after 6 months, the prosthesis came down where my breast on the left side looked very strange. I had it the second time and to this day, it never had a beautiful breast.
